    can you please do stress analysis of this screw jack?

    Great full animation tutorial!
    However, I see that the direction of the thread and rotation of the screw is reversed (left). This is also the case for me, but I can not find how to reverse it to go in the direction of my thread (right). I tried again many times and in various ways in the cylinder assembly or when selecting the symbol or turning pinion/carrier of gear 1&2, the rotation does not change. I don't understand...
    Is there or do you know of another setting to reverse the rotation, please?
    Thank you so much!

      When you apply the cylinder dynamic constrain, flip the direction of first constrain. This will work I guess.

    Hi.
    I want to rotate bolt & bolt should be fixed from end. And nut should go updown without rotating on its axis. What should i do?

    • @CADxTraining
      @CADxTraining  4 года назад

      You mean to say that the Bolt should rotate but it should not move and the nut should move but it should not rotate. Is this your requirement?

      @dixit-rohit 4 года назад

      @@CADxTraining yes.
      Right.
      I have tried few things, In which the nut is moving up-downwards but the bolt is not rotating.
      What should i do?

      You need to apply the pin constant to the Bolt to rotate it. To understand this you can watch my tailstock animation video.

      I already applied the pin. When it was not there the whole bolt was moving and the nut was stationary.
      I think i'm having issues with motor which gives rotation

    When I do dynamic constraints I've done the same as like you did .but I can't drag the object .when I click the mechanism it says "the highlighted connections are not defined from two bodies if you continue they will be suppressed " help me to get rid of this prob sir 🙏

      If you are talking about the screw jack assembly, make sure that all the part assembled after screw spindle has dependency, only with that part where it is getting assembled. For this you hide other unnecessary parts and keep only two parts while assembly. After this you can change to dynamic constraint for screw spindle. You will be able to drag it now.

      I have done tailstock assembly and screw Jack assembly. Next is ramsbottom safety valve assembly. It will come soon.

    Is it possible to make mechanical drawings on a cash basis? There is a design concept idea that needs to be done through Solidworks . If you do. Gimme your mail details to connect with you. Thanks
