I loved this one. I am a very scientific minded cook and while I knew most of this information, I never considered why unsaturated fats were liquid, I just knew they were, so I enjoyed that graphic very much. I love learning little things like that. Also, all the graphics in general were very well done and easy to follow. Awesome video Alex!
