Tamara, bring your clash bracelet to Cartier. My boyfriend bought a bracelet from Cartier and one year later he brought to Cartier because it had so many defects and they apologized because it was a relatively new piece so the design wasn’t perfect. They allowed him to use the value of the purchase towards another piece so I ended up getting a ring for me lol. Go to Cartier and bring your bracelet there!!!!

What is an issue with Balenciaga? Did I miss something?
@@kristinabaezz Their bad decision on advertising. But at the end the day, it’s the people working (or making the decisions) for the brand that should be punished and not the actual Brand.
I just don’t get the excitement for Birkin handbags. I swear it’s just that some people like them because they are expensive. The small Kellys are cute, but the larger ones look like bags for very old ladies only.
They’re madame old lady looking bags .. that is what I think when I see one , like clinch those pearls
My best purchase was my hunter green, double breasted coat I got for 6 bucks at my local thrift store. 🤣🤷♀️

Agreed with your choices. That Balenciaga handbag is actually ugly, regardless of it's parentage. It's reminiscent of a 90s bag. Can't wait to see video of your vacation and what you are wearing/wore. ❤️❤️❤️

Great video. I too have a few Balenciaga items and I do not want to wear them either. I was in a Nordstrom recently and asked a sales associate if their sales of Balenciaga dropped off. She said only a small amount and people are still buying fashion from the brand. I told her I was too embarrassed to wear my small collection. She said "why?" Then she went on to say something that really made me think (this is not talking about you Tamara). She said many of the people who are vocal about how horrible Balenciaga is, are ok with wearing clothing made by children. She was referring to the fast fashion crisis. She was in no way defending what Balenciaga did but she had a valid point. What is worse in the situation? The fast fashion crisis or the Balenciaga photoshoot? At this point, I will not be wearing my Balenciaga stuff. I'm not sure if or when I'll wear it in the future or if I will attempt to sell. But all of this did make me wonder about the fashion industry as a whole. We are only 1 tweet, 1 IG photo, or 1 TikTok away from another brand being canceled. I can't afford to keep buying stuff only to have something like this happen again with another brand. I've decided to cut way back on Fashion purchases and I def want to avoid a lot of logos as well.

I agree, your black Birkin and watch are forever pieces and elevate any look x 💯. The pumpkin dress, I wonder if it could be reworked by Phillipo? Remove the feathers or turn it into a top, idk. Or just wear it as is with green and white trainers and be an upside down pumpkin. 😄
I think Cartier could fix the clasp BUT I agree that closures are a challenge because I find the juste un clou bangle hard too open and close.

The same thing happened to my Cartier diamond paved love bracelet , it happened to both mine and my twin’s bracelet and I kept going back to Cartier until they added a double enclosure. This was probably after 5-6 visits , the customer service was horrible and for such an expensive bracelet , i was shocked how badly it was made!

My best purchase of 2022 was a Rag & Bone blazer. The regular & boyfriend cut blazers don't appeal to me as I wore them in past years, not my vibe any longer. Therefore, I wasn't even in the market for a blazer but I saw this and it's cropped, pockets on the chest, linen, black, structured but casual. I paid full price but bought it in the heat of summer, was able to return it and get the sale price late summer, which made it an even better buy.
As to worse, I just cleared out some 2021 jeans, sent some tops from 2021 supporting a local consigment store, but I'm not sure for 2022 yet.

Hmmm worst purchase, maybe Decathlon active socks. I thought that the price of $4 was for two pairs, but instead it was for one :( No big deal, still loving them :)

I really enjoy your videos and commend you for your stance on Balenciaga. All this pushing of Idyl by influencers is getting really annoying though.
The pieces are gorgeous. But I agree, I have seen like 8 in the last week push the same brands. Idyl, lily silk, skill share….they are all good and I get it. But when the same companies are pushed over and over it is annoying
All this pushing on one and the same brands from some influencers make me to stop following them.

I am so disappointed in Cartier bracelets closure quality .. so many people lose their love bracelets .. now what you say about the clash bracelet - that s soooo disappointing for the price. I own third generation family Jewelry gold bracelets with stones. They must be from the first half of the 20th Century non branded from a local jeweller - fragile closure but it keeps going strong.

Hey Tamara, I have two Clash bracelets and I had to exchange both of them at the very beginning because the closure was the same as you described. I got brand new ones and they never open now ! Go to Cartier and tell them, they have to help you !
