This amp sounds amazing! Really "tubey", spanky, fat, round, and articulate. This isn't necessarily a "pedal platform" amp, but a few of them are on the market now (Wampler makes one), could you do a review of them?
i really try to make sure i like all your vids man, i love them. there has to be a way to get your likes to match your views, those numbers are way out of proprtion.
Henning. Why the aversion to putting delay and modulation into the front of the amp? Lots of players do, clean amp or otherwise. It's a very different flavour of effect but you gotta try these things. I know Dan and Mick (TPS) are huge fans of everything in the front because of the unpredictable quality of effects loops and admittedly they tend to run clean and get gain from pedals but I've seen videos of Stephen Wilson and he runs delay into the front dirty and clean and is adamant that it sounds better than in the loop... more gnarly and edgy. I think it's a think people should try. Put it in the front, see if it makes a new sound for you... that's... what... she... sorry that's your line. ;oD Nice sounding amp btw... I think it could use a little help from an EQ pedal, bit thick and dark from my taste but that's saturated EL84's for you. But a shitload of fun to be had I think.
the compression of the drive is blowing up he delay and reverb and often make them sound undesirable... it just becomes too muddy and garbled... it can work, but it needs a dark delay with very little mix
I don't really like the style of that produced track ...but it is a rather formidable piece, I've to give you that! The way you produced James LaBrie's voice is superior to what they do for DT, by coincidence I just heard 'em on the radio, a crappy ballad called Hollow Ground or something like it, the vocals sounded horrible, with that typical modern artificial thing going on the vocals, don't know if it's auto-tune/melodyne or some other processing shit, anyways it really sucks. What you did here with the layering sounds much nicer!
I've been seeing that engl amp in the back for a while, what is it, did you make a video for it? I've enjoyed this video, like all the others. thanks.
That´s it, minimalistic and versatile. Cool Amp-ete.
Why do you think is it too remarcable to do want a 19" racable system on the shop area market thomann? What is YOUR problem?
Nobody's made 19" rack for guitarist ?
That "s type" guitar sounded fucking great with this amp!!!!

those are beautiful songs, have a great day!

That Majesty sounded too good!
I like that guitar
More James LaBrie? Yes , please.
Amp sounds awesome btw.
There's that awesome song again. 😢❤️👍
Practicing before making a video like this could be a good idea...
So the Ampete One has two channels but the Amp Two has only one and it is not one from the Ampete One? Sure, makes complete sense ;)
Amps with no effects loop should at least come with a digital reverb of some sort, especially at this price.
Gain, volume and tone. I really like how simple this amp is.
I'm underwhelmed - not sure if by the amp or the presentation.
My socks have dog hair, most of my clothes have dog hair, I try to not have dog hair in my food… the amp review was just a bonus!
Nice cam move at the begining ! You are the Tarantino of the guitar indutrie now.
Bertrand Veneziani not quite. I mean, as of now he hasn't killed someone in his videos. Apart from good taste, of course ;-)
Jan Minor
With Glenn Fricker he killed a fuckin' Antares Auto-Tune rack unit, that should count ; )
Wait a second...
Why do you know, that coffee "definitely" tastes better without a fly? Have you tried it!?
Anyways...
Great video, as always!

Btw, Rafa was there and you did not 'use' him for another wacky video?!
I'm disappointed, you're gettin' lazy ; )
slave it out to a power amp and put fx's in between. that's what i do with my jcm 800
