Definitely. My favorite thing about Slothrust is that they take me back to my teens while sounding fresh and new at the same time.

I mean, yeah for sure… when they are as good as this solo is, at least.
Crappy, technical noodling does not impress me and I do not want to hear it for 124 measures. But when a solo is on this level…. Sheeeeesh, it is just perfect.
The first thing me and a friend of mine did after hearing this a few times? We went and learned how to play that solo part. Amazing stuff. She reminds me a lot of, perhaps, a female J. Mascis.

The first half was quirky melancholy laid-back and love sick all at the same time, not bad. Then it rocked in an easy going way for the second half. Great job slothrust.

I like the rhythm in this song a lot actually, especially at 1:57 and at the very end. There's still a lot of intricate stuff going on like in old Slothrust.

Saw Slothrust play 2000 Trees festival in the UK, I was there to see a lot of bands and had only listened to a few Sloth tracks beforehand.
The performance of this song in particular had me mesmerised and they are my biggest highlight of the weekend. Leah set her guitar aside and became something of a performance artist. She picked up the guitar for the solo I forgot was going to happen as by this point since I was captivated by the way she was delivering the lyrics. The solo hits so hard live, much louder in the mix too, in a way you can't really do on record. In that moment I became a fan for life.
