I'm only 20, but I grew up around Samantha Fish in Kansas city (* Knuckleheads and Quasimodo's in particular *), as my mother was their merch-girl. She has always been one of my foremost female musical role models, and always will be. I come here for the nostalgia, I watched her shows in person from the time I was 8 to the time I was 13, and while I may have not seen the value then (as an arrogant little sh*t), I sure as hell do now, I would pay any amount to see her live again, or better yet, share the stage. Not likely, but it sure is a nice thought. Her music can take me from blood rage to calm as a cucumber in a snap.
