    I use it. For sourdough LSD is your typical sourdough starter that is fed equal parts water and flour.

    I assumed that you’re supposed to do the room temp raise first before the cold ferment. I see you did the opposite. I’m not sure which way is correct.

      I don't really think it matters, I've learned to do it CT first then RT. Maybe i'll do a little experiment and see what difference it makes.

    I would like to use that app, but it will not work with my Pi-holes and DNS level ad blocking.

    Hate it. Long CF doesnt work as it scales the yeast way too much resulting in under fermented dough. Its good for RT dough and thats it. The only app thats good is the masterbiga app.

      I found with this app the amount of yeast is way too small.
