Source doesn’t animate most Engie props, this guy had to do it all himself which makes this animation even cooler, props to this guy!
I've only came to know that picking up buildings also has to be animated manually.

Wat you mean. There is a building sequence from all three Sentry levels. I should know I've used SFM before.
@@bloodbrawler1438 SFM uses TF2 2007 or 2008 animations. At that time, Engineer could not pick up buildings, so that has to be manually done.

this video is really well thought out, i love how they portrayed engineer's magical power to know when a spy is sapping his sentry as some sort of indication on his PDA, and not just a psychic ability he has for some reason.
It’s always been that? Have you never looked at the UI when playing engineer?
Imagine if you were an engineer in the real game and this started to occur.
Like, your sentry just began to fly due to an explosion, would randomly not shoot at enemies, and then in the end, find it to be a spy.

So, in all honesty, this is definitely my favourite Saxxy entry. The idea is simple, and the execution is great! Not only is it pretty to look at, enjoyably for the eye, with the wicked smooth animations, but most importantly; The comedy was great! The sense of humor was right up my alley.
I think it gives some sort of false hope whenever somebody shouts: "THIS SHOULD WIN OVERALL." It may get you hyped up for something you may end up not getting, the prize. To be honest, I'm a hypocrite and OMG YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY WIN OVERALL!!

It’s very good to pair with the dead ringer
I sometimes disguise myself as a friendly hoovy to cross the enemy lines because someone is less likely to shoot a hoovy than a spycrab, so after I cross the enemy defenses I undisguise and continue to spycrab trough the entire map until the match ends or I get killed

So, let me clear something up. A lot of people do not seem to be aware that a dispenser can block a sentry's view. This is a thing that can happen in-game, and is also the reason why the sentry does not shoot the blue heavy towards the end. It's not a mistake.
Note to myself: don't use game mechanics that aren't well-known haha

If I remember correctly, a sentry should keep firing at you if it spots you before you hide behind a dispenser. So the trick is to get behind a dispenser without the sentry spotting you first. However, it also implies that you don't stand up straight too close to it, it'll spot you if you do.

Creativity maybe he need to focus on aim. Then he will lose disguise. Holding dual have no such thing as accuracy and he dont need to aim
Creativity could also be that the point of losing your disguise is because when you shoot you shoot a revolver round which is noticably different round than any gun. Whereas this time he was just shooting pistol rounds, which is sure to be close to what sentries fire.

You know there is a custom weapon that allows you to shoot a syringe as spy and deal damage without losing the disguise right? Plus, there is a weapon similar to it that custom weapon that rewards you for back stabs and does that same thing, but you need backstage to use it

No. It's not possible for this entire video to happen. However, if you're saying Spies sap your buildings, then I would recommend to put your buildings in unexpected places. However, Spies know where your buildings are if they see them. If you want to avoid being sapped, watch out for spies, make sure to keep track of your Sentry, Dispenser, and Teleporters.

I was honestly expecting the conclusion to be Engie knew the sentry was a spy, and was just playing along to fuck with him.
7 years later, and this is still one of my favorite TF2 SFM’s. It’s surprisingly polished for its time, and it’s just a charming, engaging, and funny little experience l.
After 5 years I still like to think engi knew about the spy and just decided to torture him

But if you disguised as a Tele, only pro or better snipers would know where the head is since the teles hit box is way different to spies and this would put it way off game balance
