Make and assemble the frame first. Then measure the inside dimensions, add 1/2 inch x2 (1 inch) to height and width of your plexiglass. Then pull apart your frame, cut in the groove and reassemble with the plexiglass.

Jun Oem I got the 6’x3’ piece of 1/8” plexiglass at Lowe’s for about $70

Excellent, this is exactly what I need for my counter but for average Joe with not having all those tools it’s not easy to do that !
