Our Unjustice System is a complete failure for victims and their families. Repeat offenders are repeat offenders because they get get a slap on the wrist only to be free again to commit more crimes. And the severity of the crimes usually escalates. Unbelievable and downright sickening.

*Lamont, I was born and raised in Los Angeles. Later moving to Pasadena. I definitely know that no one, man or woman can carry a gun. They either need a CCW, and mostly former or current law enforcement officers have a CCW. Me, I’m a security guard I have an exposed firearm permit. I still can’t carry it. With that permit I can only carry while working armed security in uniform. If I’m not working security in uniform, I can’t carry my firearm. California isn’t nothing like Arizona and Texas where women can carry a gun in their purse.*

Had a call on a robbery back about 20 years were a young lady was being robbied by a street bum with a knife. She asked him if she could keep her puse and just give him the wallet with money in it. Wow! I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and I've always wanted to see and visit Los Angeles, I never realized how bad it was in downtown Los Angeles that I think I'll put my visit on hold. Winnipeg, for many years, has been known as the crime capital of Canada because of its murder rate per population. I haven't been down town in at least 8 years by myself because of all the crazy people there. Winnipeg is not even a population of one million people. So much insanity in this world. Great video
