    I totally recommend the Darko Voodoo attachment too to go with this setup. You may like it more than the Rogue seat/low row.

    I definitely think this is an interesting item. I actually purchased this as well but getting the gliding rods back on were a nightmare. Also the weight rods are a bit in the way of pull ups at the front of the rack if that’s where you put it. Definitely a nice a item and cool idea. Just didn’t work for my use. I can see how it work for a lot of people though.

    I was considering this but don't think it would work with my Rouge HR-2 half rack so I purchased Bridge Built's omni pulley system instead.

    So you bought the Rogue slinger and the low row slinger? Trying to imagine how the cable lengths would adjust as my crossmembers are a bit off the floor, probably 24 inches. Thanks!

      Yes bought both

    Great review! I was waiting for this one. Two questions: 1. When you are done with your set, where does it rest? Do you have to bring all the way to the floor? 2. Since it has to stay on your rack, I assume you just bring it to the bottom of the rack. Curious how that is when not using it.

      I rest it on a pin from either of the spotter arms or monolifts I have. you also could use a band peg. You could rest it as far down as your cable will let it but I use the red pin in the video. For me due to having a large rack I only use that post for lat pull low row but yes you could just rest at the bottom of the rack or top of the rack. Just use a pin or even a band peg to hold in place. Thanks for watching.

    Greetings
    I’m wondering what all the parts are needed for this complete setup . So you have the glider to hold weight , then there is the rogue slinger pulley thing , then there is the mat pull down seat thing. Do you have a second rogue slinger at the bottom to do low rows ? Thanks

    Also , is that your favourite bar/grip for pull-downs? I’ve looking at a few different ones last night. The gym pin d handle bar (made in uk) seems quite popular for being able to add handles at any width , but I like the look of these ones too

      Yeah I have everything you said but the bottom is a low row from rogue. It’s attached to the seat and should come with the cable. As far as the bar I really like the MAG. thanks for watching.

    any other options besides the rogue slinger? i don't have the ceiling height for it

      I have seen some others use a generic pulley system for it but just don’t buy the extension part. That is only for the slinger so it will cost you less. I want to say you can buy a pulley kit on Amazon.

      I would contact the company mine doesn’t do that at all and it shouldn’t. I’m sure they will help you I’m really not sure what could be done to it.

    Does these bully Ryder fit on a half rack that’s attached to the wall? I haven’t seen a video where they show the half rack

    IT looks like you're sitting so far back when doing low row....why? Almost like cable is too long?

    • @azuwhr
      @azuwhr  Год назад

      I think it’s just the angle of the camera and length of my legs. The cable comes out only as far as the foot rest. It’s perfect

      Fits on a 3x3 rack with a 10 inch extension for the slinger. I think they have other sizes though.
