In my town (Lille), SO many people came from Ireland. And ALL of them were SO amazing. They respected our streets, did not throw anything on the ground. They were polite, funny, and respected our police officers, our merchants, and all French people who worked or wanted to have fun. They left wonderful memories for almost all French people in Lille (I can't speak for everyone of course). Many friendships were born from this event, in the north of France. It was awesome ! We love you !

We were at dicies or o'reilly's or something like that, a club. We left at about 2-3am and noticed a huge flock of people down the road and turned out they were having a street party literally in the middle of the road and cars couldn't pass by. The garda came and did absoloutely nothing and I asked them if they were going to do something about it and just responded that "unless they aren't breaking anything nah" and at that moment I just loved the Irish people even more. We partied with them for like an hour there I think and was something I will never forget. Also pretty sure it was a thursday night so people had work/school next day. Amazing!!
Yea it's called dicey Reilly's the club and our wkend starts on a Thursday always was a big nite pay day 4 most people and a session 4 everyone elese we don't get hang overs cos were so use to it by now lol but seriously that's all true
