Howdy, thanks for commenting! Annnnd I’m happy to report no rust issues for me! I have got a stone chip in the paint on the front of my bonnet that is now showing oxidisation though.. A quick clean, paint and maybe a bonnet protector will fix that.
@@DiceyRicey thanks for letting me know I was curious because there’s a guy on RUclips who says they are made from cheap Chinese metals and are a rust bucket waiting to happen and as I’m looking at buying one I’m doing a bit of research thanks again
@@michellespillane7831 not a worry and good on you for researching! It’s pretty hard to split the info from the old and new models. There appear to have been improvements between my 22 model and the 23 model even. There’s been widespread mentioning of rust in the earlier models it seems from online groups. Looks like from the T60 trail rider 1 backwards there were rust issues. But yeah, keep up the research and I wish you well on an informed decision. 😀
