Also, the lyrics aren't meaningful, either. Wouldn't it be better to play a song about reuniting or being good to one another? Also, it would be good if this was played in Pyongyang (i know it's impossible, but just saying), so that the richest and the most influential people heard it. Coz right now only a few soldiers and maybe few villagers heard it...

Considering the fact that North Korea is overly closed society, any types of broadcasts like even including kpop surprise North Korean civilians, giving them the interest with getting touch with South Korea. This indirectly gives them the will for reunification with South and the North Korean government doesn't want this happen, so that's why the North Korean government make desperate efforts to jam those sounds
