I saw Atz and Nedra Kilcher with their little girl on stage in Alaska when I was 6. I have a copy of their first Album (yes Vinyl) and it's fantastic.

I always got the impression they were poor and it’s hard to judge how they could have been poor given they were professional singers who actually recorded albums.

Love seeing you, your Dad and your Son enjoying Alaska and your Dad teaching him to provide for his family. The first fish he cought made me think of my Dad . My Mom was a musician and famous at the Jersey Shore Hotels where the wealthy spent thier summers. I have many memories. Its hard to balance family and career.
Been listening to your music for many years. When you showed up on The Alaska show it blew me away. I was like wow She is a Kiltcher what a small world.
I love the show and the Life. S ispent 2 weeks at a time camping in Canada at 16 and 17. Best memories ever, floating in a canoe at night watching shooting stars and the aura borials. Listening to the timber wolfs

So unbelievable that woman stood there basking in the attention alongside her daughter knowing, even on this night, she was stealing her daughter broke. Unbelievable that she’s never been arrested. It has to be so infinitely painful to realize your mother is a criminal and a sociopath so devoid of a conscience that she’d seize the opportunity to enrich herself even if it meant leaving her daughter who earned it, destitute.
