We met Kerry at the 2022 Daytona Turkey Rod run and knew we needed to film this coyote swap '67 F-100. It is honestly the perfect cruiser! Kerry Hood bought this old truck a few years ago after making the mistake of selling his old truck and turned it into what you see today. Originally having a pushrod 302 in it, Kerry wanted something different. He ripped that motor out immediately and threw in a ready to go Coyote motor. We were drooling over this truck all day and now we have an itch that needs to be scratched.
In this episode we take you for a full walk through of the details of the build and have a ride along in this beautiful machine.

Glad to see you didn't pollute than fine truck with an LS swap! It should be illegal to do LS swaps in anything but Chevys. Like with like should be the rule i.e. Ford engine to Ford body, Buick engine to Buick body, Mopar to Mopar, AMC to AMC, etc.

Was born in 67 and raised in Ford trucks! THAT'S ONE BAD A$$ TRUCK! That RANGER emblem on the glove box sure does bring back some memories!

Lmao man I feel like I'm living in heaven I don't have RUclips money but I have a 79 f100 that's custom me and my dad bought a year after I graduated it still needs work it has a 302 and it's automatic but projects take time hopefully it will end up like this

Love that truck! Needs some good seat belts or harnesses though. Metal dashboards and foreheads don't make a good combo.

Awesome build but the placement of these rear mount fuel tanks, especially the one shown here, scare the crap out of me. I think I'm sold with a bed mount tank on my '66 for better protection.
I understand but it sure beats having it in the cab of the truck with me 😅

I HAD A 68 FORD SHOT BED WIT A 390 C6 TRANS THAT TRUCK FLUE LIKE YOU READ ABOUT I ENDED UP HITTING A TELEPHONE POLE TOOK THE WHEEL STEERING WHEEL IN THE GUT INTERNAL INJURIES SPENT TWO WEEKS IN THE HOSPITAL I WAS ALL FUC UP LOST 50LBS MO BULLSHIT EITHER TOTILY DESTROYED THE FRONT END IT WAS FASTER THAN FAST LOVE IT

These are not trucks, they're pick up Ute's. Utility. Massive difference. Nothing in an F100 is used in any real truck. Motor of course can be.

Awesome American vehicle builds ruined by import tires. But great build nonetheless.
That Ford would be totally awesome with instead of the mild low performance coyote go with a hellcat or a hellcat redeye engine and then you would definitely have a performance vehicle.

How lame can a truck get let’s drop it so low a bag of flower will bottom it out. Not to mention this looks just like every other old resto mode truck on the road so no function and not unique
