I'd very much doubt it. Like one of the Dragons said it's to easy to replicate by the bigger brands who are already in that market and they have way more data than him and the dragons. The Product just doesn't hold up simple as that to much risk involved. Just to add him talking a ton didn't help his cause but that imo wasn't the sole reason.

Maybe a good idea would be to have a section at the top of the wet suit around the upperchest or shoulders, with a valve that if you get into trouble, you can blow into to inflate it, and it keeps you afloat. Maybe a good idea or a terrible one

Maybe a good idea would be to have a section at the top of the wet suit around the upperchest or shoulders, with a valve that if you get into trouble, you can blow into to inflate it, and it keeps you afloat.
