- I have seen alot of videos on this battery jump pack. But alot of them are long and drawn out. I jump right to it from opening the box, how to charge it, hook it up, and how to use it to jump a car thats hard to start in under 3 minutes. The last thing I want to do is waste your time. The jump starter won't work if your battery has less than 2% power. In that case you have to press the override button but be careful if you need to do that cause the override button disables the safety features on the unit. Make sure alligator clamps are attached to the correct battery terminals.

Just got this unit tonight for Christmas. The packaging and feel of the unit is absolutely Apple-level quality. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the feel, fit and finish of the product. The new version seems to have a little less beefy battery clips, but overall, as far as perceived value for the money, it's tits. It's currently topping off the charge and then I will attempt to run an older, 12-volt tire compressor with a 30 amp fuse in line that normally connects to a battery. If I can pump a tire with it, it's worth it's weight in gold as a multi-tasker.

I got this exact same one and it's an absolute dream to use. And even starts the f350 diesel. I bring it everywhere with me because it's also good for a battery battery bank for my phone or other devices
@1:36 - That's one thing I noticed is that the cable clamps are STRONG AF. It takes a man to squeeze those suckers. Starbucks soy latte bros might want to just call AAA. 🤣 Anyone else - this is a strong buy product.
They do clamp on very good but I have a hard time believing anyone can struggle to open these. Im playing with them rn lmao

Will it work if the battery is *_completely_* flat? (as in, not close to being flat, but utterly flat) I have been seeing mixed information on this online. Hope you can help.
It should. It did for me. As long as there is a little life in it to turn on an interior light or something
Yes, if the battery has less than 2v then there's an override button, but make sure you have the clips on the correct terminals as it disables the wrong polarity feature.
Worked on my 2.4L Camry with a weak battery I keep it in my car maybe be able to help someone else with battery issue.

About a half hour. It’s a reliable unit. I also keep it charged and ready to go

Don't forget to recharge it every few months. Mine was not charged and now it will not take a charge so in the trash it goes. I Bought a new pair of jumper cables.
I recharge it after every use and recharge it as often as possible. It’s not a bad idea to give it a dedicated charging area and just leave it charge all the time.

Does the weather ( extremely cold / hot, rain ect. ) have any affect on the Jumpstart ?
I used it in minus 2 degrees and it worked. Granted it does consume a lot of energy in those temperatures by working harder. But never the less, it still worked.
@@handymanPF I bought a GB 40 recently from Amazon and haven't actually used it yet but I've noticed that the cables disconnect too easily from the charger. Have you noticed this on yours? If and when I ever use the charger I'll need to attach the cables to the battery posts first.
You clip red or black 1st?
On this I hook it up first in whatever order then switch it on. But a good rule of thumb is the black wire goes on last and the black wire comes off first.
