Brad thinks like I do, listen to your plants! Observe, try, do. I didnt know growing tomatoes was my super power until I casually told someone I had lived in 5 different zones and always got edible tomatoes. I think a once a week would be doable for someone who is so involved in the genetics. Thank you for getting this interview!

I grew Brad's Atomic Grape, Pink Berkely Tie Dye & Blue Berries (Cherry Tomato) here in central Pennsylvania for the 1st time this year. I am happy to report that I am very pleased with the results (everyone I gave the Atomic Grapes to just raved about them). I was amused by the way the Blue Berries reminded me of actual blueberry clusters .... very cool - and the fruit is the best I've ever seen .... very durable tomato. The tomato @ 16:04 looks very promising .... can't wait for the seeds to become available (unless they are?) Most of the ones I've mentioned will become regulars in my garden, especially the Atomic Grape! Thanks for the interview Jess and Brad ... and of course the cameraman Miah ....take care.

I almost didn't watch this video. I wanted to watch a movie. Hahaha. But who am I kidding? I love all the valuable gardening RUclips shows.
I am a first year gardener. I'm growing a Juliet and an early girl for my indeterminate ones. The Juliet is super productive and I live it's flavour. I really like the early girl too but it is not as productive for me. I am also growing a sweet n neat yellow. It was the very first yellow tomato I've ever tasted. So good. And my six year old granddaughter Lucy loves loves loves them. So sweet! But she, like me, loves the juicy acidic flavor of the Juliet too. I'm also growing about ten tiny Tim and some beefsteaks, both determinate. They are fruiting up now. None have ripened yet.
My tomatoes are currently sitting in my livingroom where I kept them sheltered from the effects of Dorian. I'm going to be moving them out to my deck again this weekend. But because I'm nearing the end of my growing season here in Halifax, Nova Scotia, I may have to move them back inside once frost gets closer to continue growing. I'm not ready to give up on them yet. And so far they've been doing well in here.
I would love to hear you discuss tomatoes Brad!!! You have such an easy style of communicating and clearly have much to share! Please do start a RUclips channel. I could certainly stand to learn a lot from you!
