I’m thankful this season 1) Not being homeless and depressed and trying to study for my Real Estate exam and crying every night before trying to sleep which I never did because I felt like a loser, but this year I’m not homeless. I have a brand new car, new Apartment and I’m able to eat every night this time around. 2) Thankful that I’m able to get out of bed and stay motivated no matter what’s thrown at me I figure it out and keep rising to the top of that mountain! 3) Thankful that Im healthy and motivated everyday working on my dreams and becoming that person I envisioned for a long time putting nothing but positive vibes and not putting it into retrospect thinking I should have, because I will and I am doing it!
You got this! We all go through our ups and downs, to never lose sight of of our envisions is key ! If you ever get a chance I recommend reading the book #TheFourAgreements to nurture your journey.

Being a saavy negotiator, communicating, and having the chutzpah to have the tough conversations about price reductions/compromising are the skills that separate the good from the great in this business. Every broker/advisor out there needs to know how to truly embody this message and though process when dealing with the sell side.

youre SO right about communication - I work in conscious leadership - coaching and consulting leaders, entrepreneurs, artists - on conscious, brave leadership - and a CORE component is the bravery to be vulnerable. to HAVE those conversations, not just with clients, but with their TEAMS.. if leaders had Any idea of how much they stifle productivity from their teams when they cut off a space to be free to communicate, share, grow and be vulnerable - they'd get brave real fast.
