Eating the frog, definitely key to success 🔥 Getting up early, exercise, eating well, handle most important emails, then everything else gets easier ☀️
As I would see it, the go to solution to climate this downturn and high expansion is momentary trading, rather than long haul trades, most people utilizing these methods are netting a lot of gains, sure the dangers are higher yet once more isn't the ongoing business sector similarly as unsafe?
Since the outbreak of 2020, which had a significant impact on the market, I've been running all of my investment decisions through an investment coach because their entire philosophy is centered around using a high-profit oriented blueprint while simultaneously going long and short, as well as reducing risk exposure as a hedge against inevitable downtrends. Underperforming is almost impossible when combined with their access to strange data and analysis.
I know Some still make enormous returns from this seemingly unknown market. I’m looking forward to boost my ratio in the stock market. I have not invested anything yet and i want to get started Asap. Can you recommend this coach for me please?
I thoroughly recommend "Jackson Sten Marsh, an investment advisor who is subject to US SEC regulation. He has assisted me with my portfolio for many years. Look him up online; he's a well-known figure.
Ryan you just said in your video my dream goals. I am the 17 year old who wants to be a Real Estate agent who works for you!! You are my true inspiration. I’ll be in New York in April and I hope to meet you!!
Coats in the closet Check, Bed made every morning Check, no dishes ever left in the sink Check, 2023 holding self accountable for building my empire, tired but moving forward Check! Your videos keep me inspired to keep going forward Thanks
I will return to the joy of exercise. Pandemic stopped my morning gym visit. Self discipline allowed me to slide behind on exercise at home. I will care for the asset even in retirement.
What did I hold myself accountable for in 2023??? When I was a kid, I’d always try to avoid the tasks that would take the longest. That were the hardest to complete! Now, as a 17 year old entrepreneur, I find myself getting into the habit off self-discipline and not procrastinating at all! Yet these things take time and patience but we have to learn now otherwise you won’t know later on in life how to I.e, hang up your coat in the closet… Learn how to organise your desk or to create a schedule or even procrastinating about not going to the gym! Whatever it is that needs to be done, get that task done first! Chaz
In 2023, I'm holding myself accountable for not allowing past traumas define who I am. I'm known as the Warrior Queen, and I'm going to battle for my future this year! Ryan, I want to work with you. We are cut from the same cloth. (I've almost died 3 times; been critically injured, victim of violent crime, and heart rate dropped to 18 when ill during Covid).
Can you give us small tips abe advice about become a realtor for career changers? I am based outside the US and I want to take this career path from 0 and be successful in jt.. Thanks in advance!
In 2023 (but starting now), I will hold myself accountable for innovating and growing my nonprofit into an organization that will be industry-changing!
For 2023, I would like to hold myself accountable. That's it, that's the comment. There's a lot that I need to be doing, there's a lot I should have already done, and I just need to do it. Because of past choices, I'm in a situation where I don't feel challenged in the sense of being pushed to my limit, which is nice in the sense of leisure, but not good in the realm of growth. For 2023 I guess making the gym a routine would be one area I intend to change. Another area I'd like to change is I would like to make a better habit of reading books. I'd like to actively be pushing myself and developing better routines in 2023. I know I'm not quite where I should be, and when I get to wherever it is I need to be, I think it'll be better all around. Maybe I've fallen victim to the observer effect, who knows, but I've noticed when I am doing what is healthy, and objectively good (there is an objective good, much to the dismay of my postmodern friends), I find everyone around me is doing well, when I succeed and push myself, they succeed as well. For me, I see a teamwork mentality in this - I need to do my part, so the team, so that those around me, so that they succeed and do their part. No man's an island after all, and my actions impact others, and the more I strive towards becoming who I need to be, that "best self", the more benefit that I can bring to those around me. I don't need to succeed for me, I need to succeed so that they [those around me] can succeed.
Im an architect and interior designer and I hate real estate agents. ALL OF THEM! I was like what do they even do?! They just sit around and go out and show homes to people that are potentially going to buy or rent anyway, and they take away thousands on commission by doing nothing and at the end of the day we designers are the ones who have bust their ass staying up all night to come up with the best design, with no errors or mistakes, meeting strict deadlines day in day out. Thats why I hated real estate agents from the first year of college. I follow almost all listing reviewers on RUclips cause you know, I have to keep up with design trends and see what every architect is doing in the architecture world. But I still hated the reviewers though. However at some point I came across the "More Ryan Serhant" channel. After watching the first few videos of Ryan talking other than luxury homes I was still skeptical. After a month of More Ryan Serhant, I now understand who REAL real estate agents are and what they really do. Today after watching Ryan talk about motivation and hard work, I wish I became a real estate agent instead of an architect...
& you got paid to do your job.. just like agents get paid doing theirs.. I’m glad you came around but I’m surprised you couldn’t understand the logic earlier..
Sometimes god just post your dreams and goals in another direction and Ryan was just meant to be a real estate icon not a actor the story about the jacket reminds me of how we were discipline growing up I know Ryan I was born in 72 so I hear ya parents cared and that was LOVE ❤️
Its very easy. The place where your lazy self would hang the coat should be where the coat hanger is. Same with all objects and things. Want to do something? Remoce all the will power barriers
Well, it's morning at my side, and I gotta go eat the frog, probably... Oh, wait, I've just watched this video, which is awesome and definitely not a frog. My day is ruined :) Seriously, it doesn't matter that I have already heard the jacket-story, it's still damn cool. Thank you for your influence, Ryan
Your dad making you write a 10-page essay is probably the most disgusting form of abuse. Wonder why Ryan never shows his parents on his shows....prob hates them and never speaks to them again.
always inspiring and motivational, real genuine vibes on wanting too just help those suss the tools and get that mindset going, from AOTEAROA new zealand SHOT MY USO HEHE :)

“I have got to go sell a lot of real estate….to keep up with my lifestyle” 😂😂😂 never a truer word has been spoken about agents

What a powerful video, it literally shows that even the greatest minds would be in the void without sheer discipline.

I will be holding myself accountable for taking care of my health, and for putting myself first before others. I'm always at the bottom of the list.
A person is someone who can organize their things like the dishes.
Watched this video a few times, thanks for your perspective Ryan!

Your dad making you write a 10-page essay is probably the most disgusting form of abuse. Wonder why Ryan never shows his parents on his shows....prob hates them and never speaks to them again.
Seems like he’s grateful for that and took it as a lesson. That’s what every great person does.
You need to give yourself some sleep. =) You looked hella tired in this video.
