just listening to Ryan gives me a buzz of inspo. The truth is time doesn't exist, there is only now. And are you having fun now?! There is no point doing all this stuff unless you enjoy it. Clearly Ryan loves it. Hard work is also a fallecy. When you are high on life, all the success you want comes to you. You don't need to work hard. I'm the world's leading solo travel expert. No matter what happens, Ive spent 17 years of non stop solo traveling living a life to the full. And now am building my own business to teach people how to live a life of freedom. Every single thing that I wanted came to me in those 17 years without any hard work. I was happy! Thats the magnet to good health and good fortune. And it is the happiness that then inspires you to do the things Ryan does. I could easily sleep 4 hours. Ive never been sick my whole life too!!! And looking younger today than 20 years ago. Thats the secret! Get happy and watch how quickly life changes effortlessly. Keep it coming Ryan! :) love this channel!

So I AM a chronic pain physician/owner of my own practice and I gotta say....this was very spot on. Very well said and soooo incredibly true. I preach many of these things to my own patients. Nicely done Ryan!
Intermittent fasting is also very good for the brain. For those who haven't heard of Dr. Eric Berg, he has good videos on intermittent fasting, as well as other health topics. And whether you eat meat or not, you can still do intermittent fasting.
SLEEPING IS VERY IMPORTANT I THINK IN ORDER TO FUNCTION 100% EACH DAY I STAY VERY BUSY AND WORK OUT 3 TIMES A WEEK AND MAKE SURE I GET ATLEAST 6 TO 8 HOURS OF SLEEP EACH DAY
First video of yours I’ve watched. Excited to watch more now. In all other aspects of life I don’t believe one size fits all but for sleep I never thought about it that way. Super helpful and excited to carry forward with me!
This is great Ryan. I fast every Saturday and have learned to function with the sacrifice. To not only exist but thrive. Thank you for your input on how to live a productive and successful life
I will be forever grateful to you, you have changed my entire life and I continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear that with just a small investment you saved me from going into huge financial debt. Thank you Mrs Stacey Meredith
I found her in a Bloomberg business interview where she appeared and reached out to her afterwards. Since then, she has provided entry and exit points to the values approach. You can look it up online
Hey Ryan, I met you 6 years ago at an Open House. I knew then that you were a move and shaker. My hats off to you for all your success. However, if you and your wife are lucky, it's time, to have a son and carry your name forward to continue your mission into the future! Oh yeh, BTW superb video for those that can handle a percentage of your workouts, eating and sleep habits.
You're extremely driven! All of your shows you give this strong, confident, high energy, high productive person. You're one of the person who loves work to the extreme...like Elon Musk.....if given a chance that our body do not require sleep and keep working, you'll be one of the person. Keep going...you're already very successful......and I am getting the feeling that you're going to conquer the world at broader scale.
Dude! This is one helluva video! I truly enjoyed it and inspired. You’re so blessed to stay humble and share your successes with others. I salute you for being grateful and caring. How I wish you would take everything to the next level by learning about Islam too. That will be a home run
Thanks Ryan! As a young college kid in nyc this video motivated me to get up and get to work on building connections. Surrounding myself with people better than me is so important.
I am glaad that I saw this thumbnail and clicked. This was definitely a hit, in the gut, and an injection of energy and inspiration and ideas. Definitelty need to watch it back and see what I will definitely copy. There was a lot in this but I know there was something or a few things within that made me think to go and get a pen and paper and take notes.
so that's where those abbs I saw in your vaca pic came from!!! Been doing OMAD myself and love the energy and freedom it provides. Thank you for sharing your tricks.
This incredible because it helps me rid myself of worrying about "work/life balance". That's a lie to hold you back. You either operate at extremes or you don't. I don't want to live like the majority of people who never make any impact or provide anything of value just because I need my weekends. Screw that. Thanks for sharing this Ryan!
Ryan, I watched Owning Manhattan and was so inspired by you. Truly love your content and just wanted to let you know that as someone who is starting my own business, I felt so inspired and learned a lot from you in terms of leadership mindset, how to set up my life for efficiency, how to “sell” the solution, not the product, and so on. Thank you 🙏🏻
Sooo basically, just: -set your goals high -create a work/life schedule that fits you and that you can follow for a long time -eat what and how is the best for you -be consistent

Wow! That’s usually my bedtime and wake time routine daily! I sleep before 9 or no later than 9:30pm wake up at 4am no later than 4:15am hit the gym and go to work. 🎉
Ryan scrutinises every second of a 24/7 day with the goal of obtaining asymptotic performance. Nothing is left to chance when implementing highly specified actions throughout the day. Moreover, he can explain all these specified actions in great detail. Does anyone have more daily proverbial boxes to tick than Ryan Serhant?
Bullshit aside I had enough of my corporate gig. I started a 7 figured business in my late 20’s, burnt out, wasn’t as disciplined, wise, experienced so I retreated took a job got comfy but man I’ve had enough. I felt that same flame ignite yesterday as I was driving home from a 9hr Saturday shift and woke my fiancé up and told her I was done. Mark my words this will be the last “job” I will have working for someone else. I am going full fn force forward and making the best use of my time to launch a business.
I'm old ( and cranky ) so I go to bed at 7pm and wake up at 3 am naturally. It's my only quiet time away from my husband and cats. lol. I used to be a night owl ( so I did night jobs others didn't want ) but when I hit 40 bingo bango I became a day person. Good Vid Mr. Ryan.
I feel like me and Ryan could be good friends. Or let me put this way. He would make a great mentor because he knows more than I do because I like his perspective
Thank you for sharing Ryan. I’ve been intermittent fasting for 5 years as well. It’s been great! I heard from others your mind gets more sharper, so I thought that was something to get into. I must say, my mind is sharper. Also I’ve got positive health benefits. 99% of the rooms, restaurants, meetings, or anywhere I go I’m in better shape than everyone. I take care of my body like a 1932 Dusenburg. I want to live till 150 years old. That’s the goal. ✨😉👍
"Surrounding yourself with people better than you." - is the most uncomfortable yet rewarding experience for your personal growth. Great video, Ryan!

"Don't cut this up and make me look like a psycho" is the best line of the video
Schedule oriented is the key! Like every project, we should treat ourselves a a project. Milestones and conscious of time. TIME IS MONEY BABY!
I'm in Tokyo, am Japanese working lady. This was something I needed to go for today❤ Thankyou!😊

It takes time, but it feels so good!

This guy is phenomenal. What an energy!!!!!!!
Your productivity videos are my fave on here
I love that you do these every year. We love you man. Keep up the good sh*t
WOW !. It is pretty similar to mine. 04:30 to 20:30. 8 to 10 hours of sleep. Immortal Form Of Life... MEGA CITY: Bogotá DC.
It’s always a pleasure listening to you

Love this type of down to earth content
I slept ten hours last night. Feel amazing. Sleep is the number one aspect of quality of life. No one will miss you another hour in the am.
Ten hours! That's amazing!

Totally agree, everyone has to find their own sleep, food, and exercise optimal routine. You are the CEO of your body, it's your call!
Well said!
Relatable to everyone. I've rewatched it now 3 times. Really enjoy hearing you speak.
Thanks Ryan! As a young college kid in nyc this video motivated me to get up and get to work on building connections. Surrounding myself with people better than me is so important.

Thanks Mr S! Amazing stuff coach.
Love the way you highlight the fact that it's different for every single body and that it needs to be tried out what works for you.
You are great Mashine! I think I have to follow your steps!
I'm waiting for the day Serhant comes out with an athletics apparel brand
What sport should we design for first?

Ecxellent content. Pragmatic suggestions. Insightful thoughts. Thank you Ryan.
The better we get at “individual player development,” the better leaders we become. 🙏🏼
Thanks for this one. I wish more CEO would shared these points, especially the diet.
Glad it was helpful!

Great vid Ryan. There are levels to the game and I enjoy sage advice from those at the top.
How to eat? Get a chef. How to sleep? Whenever you're tired. How to workout? Fast for 1/2 an hour. Also, a personal assistant/time manager is best.
