just listening to Ryan gives me a buzz of inspo. The truth is time doesn't exist, there is only now. And are you having fun now?! There is no point doing all this stuff unless you enjoy it. Clearly Ryan loves it. Hard work is also a fallecy. When you are high on life, all the success you want comes to you. You don't need to work hard. I'm the world's leading solo travel expert. -be consistent

How to eat? Get a chef. How to sleep? Whenever you're tired. How to workout? Fast for 1/2 an hour. Also, a personal assistant/time manager is best.

SLEEPING IS VERY IMPORTANT I THINK IN ORDER TO FUNCTION 100% EACH DAY I STAY VERY BUSY AND WORK OUT 3 TIMES A WEEK AND MAKE SURE I GET ATLEAST 6 TO 8 HOURS OF SLEEP EACH DAY

I'm lucky that my body tends to want healthy food. I do the opposite. Eat & sleep when I feel like it. The thing I have to be regimented on is exercise.
I wish I had the drive to workout that much. Never really did. 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 15 crunches +3km run/walk every 3 days Is my bar lol.

Wow! That’s usually my bedtime and wake time routine daily! I sleep before 9 or no later than 9:30pm wake up at 4am no later than 4:15am hit the gym and go to work. 🎉

I did low carb my head kept on getting notorious migraines and headaches so I had to stop it, so lesson learned: listen to ur body and not all fad diets will work well on you

Totally agree, everyone has to find their own sleep, food, and exercise optimal routine. You are the CEO of your body, it's your call!

A pilot who did sleep testing told me about the 25 min nap and the 1.5 hour sleep cycles. As Ryan states everyone is different, but generally you sleep REM after 30 mins, so never nap for more than 25, otherwise when you wake you'll be out of it. WIth regards night time sleep, go in 1.5 hour segments, 4.5, 6 or 7.5, again make sure you're awake not in REM. I've found 6 is great but sometime the odd 7.5 is a nice lie in!

I always wonder after your super-high-energy, (bordering on frenetic energy) videos...if when the camera is turned off you go "whew..." and dial back to what a lot of people might consider a normal level... If not, I wonder if you exhaust others with the fast-paced non-stop go-go-go mode. All that said, I very much enjoyed the content and explanations of this video. And as you said several times, if it works for you, then it's right for you (I'm paraphrasing).

Thank you for sharing Ryan. I’ve been intermittent fasting for 5 years as well. It’s been great! I heard from others your mind gets more sharper, so I thought that was something to get into. I must say, my mind is sharper. Also I’ve got positive health benefits. 99% of the rooms, restaurants, meetings, or anywhere I go I’m in better shape than everyone. I take care of my body like a 1932 Dusenburg. I want to live till 150 years old. That’s the goal. ✨😉👍

I recently started to do intermittent fasting, I boy have I felt a lot better, less blotted and have loss weight, the hard part is to still get the proper amount of calories at the right time to be able to meet the schedule both at work and at the home.
