Thanks for the info. That is really unfortunate that even after mastering the skill, it still fixed to the parts with the skill. Just in holographic form... Hope devs change that so that skills could be used on all parts...
I was actually bummed out when I found out that I can't use Trans-Am burst in conjunction with GN Field after mastering them via the 7 swords backpack, since after using GN Field, I was essentially locked out from triggering Trans-Am burst until GN Field duration ends
@@chiiiiie5608 I haven't played the game, but I think GB4 focuses more on the building, dioramas and online than battles...
This is not a problem with GB3, how & why the heck did they screw it up like this.
Just for context for those who haven’t played Gundam Breaker 3, u want a skill, u just used the part with it, use the skill enough & it’s mastered/ unlocked for full use. Making it into a grind to upgrade a part or deal with holopart overlay.
It’s been awhile since last playing GB3 so apologies if wrong bout something.
@@GuardianGamerX Yes, in GB3 you grind the mastery of the EX and Burst skills. It takes time, but it is worth it once you unlock the skills to use them without sticking to their specific parts.
Good to see this actually works, cause I was using the same old method from GB3 and saw no change in rarity. Now I just need to farm more and get the plastic I need.
Hey so here's a warning, if you use a master skill itll reset the scaling on your MS for the entire duration of a fight afterwards. Hopefully this gets patched out.
Straight up I cleared the whole story with Susanoo legs because I didn't want to drop the skills. This is game changing lmao

I know this is old, but i want to say they put his ex and op skill all in the right arm of burning and shining gundam probably because Domon in the show used those skills with his right hand. The burst action though i have no theory since uses it with both hands, but maybe bacause conjures with his right hand? Maybe?
To me GB4 is superior to GB3 for suit customisation freedom yet inferior in gameplay freedom

@@Wezt334 Yeah. I have all of them. This seems like an in between of 3 and new gundam breaker. Not on par with 3 but better than New.

So for somebody like me who was using parts with specific EX / Bursts that they wanted to master; it doesn't seem to work that way anymore. You just have to get the part with whatever EX skills and Bursts you want and max out rarity to "master" it.
Honestly, easier but kinda lame. I really liked grinding a part out for the skills.

Something I just found out is that if you have a joined head/body part like Z'Gok and then attempt to use a mastered skill from a chest piece, like Shoulder missiles from FA Thunderbolt (I literally just did this) your game will crash.

Is there a reason why this video specifically is very blurry compared to your other videos? I can't hardly read any of the text in this video outside of the very large text that you manually added. For transparency, I'm viewing this video with the quality setting set to max at 1080p.
(Update): After further examination, I believe it's a bitrate issue. At 2:30 there are a ton of video artifacts caused by heavy video compression. You might want to see if you have a copy of this video that isn't so heavily compressed that you can upload.
This is helpful , but unfortunately, it does not seem to work for skills on weapons when you max out the rarity. I maxed out the rarity on a single sword, and it did not give me the EX skill as a master skill.

I've noticed that spamming the army knife thing from the Heavyarms right arm builds ex gauge crazy fast
This doesn’t seem to apply for weapons. Unless I’m doing something wrong. I’ve been trying to get one of the SD Gundam melee weapons ex as a mastered, but after maxing out their rarity and level, I can’t equip the ex skill unless I equip the actual part itself.
Great video altho there is something I have been wondering and haven't seen a definite answer for it and that is are MG parts better that HG parts I know MG is bigger but is there an overall bigger stats on them or is it truly just bigger.
I need an answer on that too
As much as I’m enjoying playing a gundam game, I will admit I’m bummed at the fact GB3 had more detail then the current GB4 now maybe it will change in the future but the removal of the weapon specific ex skills and the differences of each hyper mode or transformation skill not being included is disappointing.

Whoa your awaken saber strike is green and mine is red I'm assuming that it's linked to the awaken color we choose?
That's just the burst skill "Shining Finger Sword." An attack that Domon used in "G Gundam." It is attached to Shining Gundam
Oh man thats a little dissapointing. Kinda hope they make this optional in an update.

@@Titanxzero1 GB3 you could master a skill and then just USE that skill, on any part, on any build. This one replaces the part the skill was originally attached to with a holographic version of the original part for the duration of said skill. Also while I'm on the subject, particle effects for the GN Drives. Before in GB3 if you changed the glow color on the drive the particle effects also changed to that color. Now they're locked to green no matter what you change the glow to. GB4 does a lot of things better than 3, but it also does a lot of things worse.

22hrs in and this game just makes me want GB3....Such a let down, since I love funnels and can't have an army of funnels in this game
Follow up question: what happens if you use the mastered part as part of a synthesis? Do you loose the skills associated with that part?

Ok so I am glad for the tutorial and I know after chapter 2 you can unlock synthesis but how do you get rarity level six? It says I'm maxed out at 5

I DESPERATELY hope they dump the whole holographic replacement thing with an update. That is a mega buzzkill and looks straight up dumb. Idk why Bandai can never be bothered to avoid shit like this. With every single purchase I make, there’s always something like this. I don’t even want to master my parts anymore.
P.S. -Random RUclipsrs, I’m not gonna stop buying Gundam stuff so please don’t give me that vote-with-your-dollar tirade. Americans would just cause Bandai to stop localizing.
how to use the part i already lvl up to feed to new parts?
Can 6 star parts drop and will it immediately unlock the mastery skills?
