According to my calculations, financing 222k and 7.5% is $3911.26. You would need a 3.75% to be at $3456.38.
When you bought your AMG, people criticized you for your financial decisions, and claimed you would be broke in a couple months.
Now that you've bought your Ferrari F12, the same comments will be present...
I bought a Corvette when I was about 28, I wasn't a youtuber or anything like that. I just bought it because I could afford it and I wanted it. My older married sister with 2 kids complained and told me how impractical of a purchase it was, but guess what, that was HER definition of practical. As a married women with two kids she couldn't justify a sports car, me a single man with a job that paid well, my definition of practical was vastly different then hers. Long story short. who cared what other people think as long as you know what you are doing makes sense to you.

When you own a business, your personal things, if they are critical to business, become business expenses. If he eats out, if he travels, if he buys phones and computers, and his car, a Ferrari, they can now all be considered business expenses that he doesn't pay for (though there are some rules I have questions about). Many businesses report nothing in profit, but the owners are worth billions. You're all not looking at this with a business mind. When you're in business, it's like an entirely different world.
I think this is my favorite video. Second to when you first picked up the first AMG I LOVED that one man it was awesome seeing the joy and feelin the passion in ya soul man! Back when the F12 just came out financing them came around 6500 to 8k depending on your spec.
Low spec and high milelage have lower financing rent.

This should be a positive example of how to run a business, small or otherwise. He made a net profit of 11% which is well above the typical medium-sized business net profit of about 6.5%. There are so many write-offs for RUclipsrs that it makes great sense financially to pursue if you have the ability and skill.

Yep, its very bad, at least he isn't going to pay for 84 month, I understand his situation by taking a bigger risk. Take a bigger monthly finance, to have a lower % of interest. Pretty sure if he did take a 12 years finance, that % would be 10 to 15%. If calculated its 3,500$ per month x 84 = 294,000$ - 222,000$ = 72,000$ of interest if he did 84 month, which is insane.
