Trauma is not as much what happened to you as much as it is the story, the unmetabolized energy STUCK in your body!!! True transformation only takes place when you begin focusing less on the abuser and learning more about how the trauma is affecting you and by learning how to unite your MIND and your BODY together on this Cptsd Recovery Journey! In this membership we have a different theme each month and we meet LIVE weekly on zoom and work through the pieces of the healing journey together as a community.
Affordable LIVE Support: Video courses are great, but they can never replace the valuable feedback you can receive by working with a live coach, together with other thrivers!
Most coaches (myself included) charge an average of $125/hour for one on one assistance. In this economy that is very challenging! This membership offers between 9 - 12 LIVE meetings per month offering Group Support, Group Coaching, EFT Sessions, and Breathwork Sessions. Combining Cognitive Learning together with Somatic Modalities with Live Support. The value of this would be between $1,125 - $1,500. Yet you get ALL of this for just $79/month!
You do not have to heal alone nor does it have to break the bank!
IF YOU PREFER SELF PACED VIDEO COURSES HERE ARE MY MOST POPULAR COURSES:
SELF PARENTING THE WOUNDED INNER CHILD: www.michelelee...
HOW TO REBALANCE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM AFTER NARCISSISTIC ABUSE:

HOW TO STOP FAWNING AND PEOPLE PLEASING

I wanted you to know that along with the videos that I create to help people work through emotional trauma, narcissistic abuse and cptsd - I also have a monthly membership where I meet live on zoom with people from all over the world that are on a cptsd healing journey together. Narcissistic abuse is what happened TO you - cptsd is what you need to work through in order to recovery and END the suffering. If the videos aren't enough - and you would like to meet with us - here is a link to check out to see if it's a good fit for you: www.micheleleenieves.com/school-of-transformation

Attempting to communicate with a narcissist feels like composing a message in a bottle, tossed into the turbulent sea of their emotions, hoping for connection but often greeted by a storm of unpredictable reactions.

They got the message. They are using it as a weapon.

Well at least there is some movement or back and forth.... my pattern is circles without any conversation, just concentrate walls that occasionally some small guard from the top of it yells "you're crazy" like the French guy from Monty Python. After dancing in armour galloping with coconuts for 2 hrs, then he yells, " stop shaking yourself ( jezebel)" the Shames me in someway as he locks the door and goes to online porn then texts me 15 mins later
... make coconut rice for dinner. I do, he doesn't eat it and says oh yeah I'm gonna meat some people out for the game. 7pm, phones off and comes home 7am. Shared locations with our family plan off.

Hi Michelle, I was wondering if you have made any videos on the link between trauma and chronic illness. Recently I've had symptoms of CFS for almost 3 years now. I think the trigger was a mix of my CPTSD and Long Covid. how do i leave this hell

I come from an immediate family four of us. We are all are own unique narcissist. What I don't like is all the shaming and titles of anyone suffering from mental health. It's all very painful. Humans gotta stop running on shame and fear. And animalistic jealousy. Live!

My theory is that whatever child looks the most like the parent or parents gets the scapegoat image forced onto them because they become a mirror of everything the parent or parents hate in themselves. I looked like a blend of both my parents. My older sister looked like Kim Kardashian. I was tall and geeky, she had that same short proportioned body like all the good looking people have. Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears ~ they all have that small proportioned body structure that people favor.

Hi Michelle, I just signed up for your thrivers school. I’m very suprised because there’s no content here and shocked. I have no contact info for you either. Can you please provide your email ? I’m not sure if I was scammed because there’s barely anything here but a few pdfs and zoom call offers.

Story of my life. Of course there will be shaming, the projection of inner shame from parent to adult child, as long as the abuser is not working his/her own stuff through. If you were the invisible, emotionally neglected child who was hardly ever taught life skills, you may break free from the role that was assigned to you. Why should you endure the constant shaming, criticism, invalidation or gaslighting? Educate yourself, be mindful of what is being projected onto you and mirror it back. If you are told that distancing yourself or not seeking help is the worst (which by the way is kind of shaming and judgemental), stand up to the person: "And yet here we are, I am working my things through at my own pace while you are still shame-shifting and denying accountability". The therapy is just one of the many ways to help you to grow. When in therapy, a lot may happen between the sessions - whether you self-educate, do autotherapy, learn to validate yourself, recognize your feelings and needs and attune to them, learn to take care of yourself.

Michele, I absolutely love your videos. Thank you for what you do! You have really helped me. Could you post a video about infantilization when you have the time? I don't find enough information about it.

Michele what do you think about the difference between shame and guilt? I'm not sure what it is.

If you don’t figure this out. You wind up with life partners that are even worse.
Michelle you sound like you are aware of the extent of trauma these people can do.
    God bless everyone.
