Part of what makes Sauron’s presence in the Third Age so effective as an antagonist is that he barely appears yet the viewer knows that he is there biding his time and that if he gets the Ring back no one in Middle-earth stands a chance against him.

Voldemort: an upstart wizard who sought to cheat death and rule the world. Sauron: corrupt Maiar spirit who seeks to create a world of dark order. Grindelwald: sought a world where wizards ruled over muggles . Morgoth: Middle-Earth's equivalent to the Devil! Without him, there would be no Sauron, no orcs, no Balrogs, no dragons, no evil in the world of Ardar

It's official lore long before this game and the concept of the Elder Scrolls that the physical fate of Celebrimbor was to have his body hung on the banner Sauron's armies marched under during the last battle of the Second Age.

And now imagine. Morgoth talking would sound like moving continents themself. Just voice of eternal terror.
He really did sound better in Shadow of Mordor. His voice effect in Shadow of War was much to similar to the Nazgul.
Agreed!
And I didn't like the Nazgul voices too, they look so much robotized.
Sauron and Morgoth are worthy enough to have the title as Dark Lord. Voldemort and Grindelwald do not come close to be considered as a Dark Lord.

I love how that even Sauron knows how fucking badass Talion, a mostly a normal human, was and how vital he actually was to Celebrimbor's plans.
