Nice batch of guitars, once again. I really enjoy seeing the various designs, week to week. That black, quilted maple Virtuo is striking!
And since you’re fielding questions… How is the bridge attached to the guitars? I see on some of your manufacture videos, during the sanding and buffing process, there is no bridge, so it’s obviously added later.

Definitely the best builder you could ever hope for. I got my X7 with hy-vibe a couple of days ago and it is fantastic! I can't believe the volume of sound that comes out of this little beauty. X30 12string next.
My X7 Hy Vibe is tuned to open G just now… Love it with some slide
@@Chrislayeruk1 hey Chris, thanks for that comment! I was thinking of an X10 HyVibe for open tuning slide. I have a RainSong jumbo tuned in D to D standard as my “normal” go to, so your suggestion let’s me buy an Emerald without overlapping on a really excellent guitar! Question: do you use the HyVibe effects with the slide? If yes, how do they sound?

Why cannot the Virtuo have a custom scale length? I tried your configurator and that option was not available. I've had other guitars with 24 3/4" scale length and the Graphtech Ghost and 13 pin pickup system installed on the guitar and it tracked great.

@@emeraldguitars Yes, Kevin reached out to me and suggested that the X10 Slimline would be a good alternate choice since it has a similar pickup configuration available. Unfortunately, the Fishman Fluence pickups aren't available for the X10 Slimline, however the 13 pin MIDI system is. Thanks.
So stoked about my 12-string jumbo!!! You are very very close to exactly what I did using the 3D Builder but I'll do you one better... I've been thinking about an Emerald Guitar for some time and over the summer have been playing with the 3D Builder. But you know, this is a sizable non-essential purchase so I sorta needed approval from management (ie: my wife).
I setup the guitar with that specific piece of Koa with the 3D Builder, showed it to her, and said, "look, it's a little dog's face". BOOM! Expense approved. So the take-away is that if you want to sell more guitars to the "middle-aged run of the mill married dude" demographic, get more veneers with naturally occurring animal faces on them 🤣

The X 20 seems to get better all the time… Or am I becoming a better player… Who knows?
