I’d like to see more on your comment “people don’t know what HR does” from the perspective of outsiders looking in to HR. I often get frustrated with how some think it’s merely administrative in nature. It is so much more complex than that!
Switching from Engineering to HR😂 I am still setting foot my very first step, i have aimed to become BP in my future. I think I interact with people related issues that are way more interesting than doing process improvement for products.
