    Try tis method. 🙏 by repeatedly softly, " Namo Ar Mi Tol Fo " while sitting on your bed 🛏️. Empty your mind at the same time. Lay on the bed after your eyes 👀😴 lids are getting heavy 💤. I always fell to sleep within 3 minutes. 💤😴😪

    只有一個方法,看中医吃对中药,天天習太極拳,若不懂放鬆習拳,再不是就每天念地藏王菩薩名字半小時,一個女士這樣念就能擺脫失眠,11点熟睡至翌日5点。其實天天習太極拳是最好的鍛鍊身體的運動,若男士陰虛女士貧血病應要看中医,我一位熱衷基督徒表姑告訴我的,她從少就M痛,十多歲信基督,对太極拳有大信心,說碎碎念的舉動甩手按穴不可靠,中医药她也十分喜歡。
