Hahahahahaha yep. I noticed Tweedle at the next table over lookin like he was about to fall asleep waiting for his opponent to arrive. I get the feeling this chess club serves a dual purpose for some of these littleuns, it's basically a chess themed day care hehe. Explains why the kids sometimes look bored out of their minds at times.

А при взятии слона как раз таки нужно ещё 50 ходов что-бы реализовать преимущество(ибо бить слона в ответ чёрным не нужно)

Alice always gives me the impression she would rather be somewhere else, specifically, socializing. Females are generally more social and better at it. I was worried for her until I saw her talking to a little girl right after a game. I think her parents should encourage her to bring her favorite stuffy toy to the matches. Is chess for her or her parents?
I realize now that I sound unfairly critical of her parents. A chess life, if you’re good enough, can open up many good things in life. I’m sure they are considering all the pros and cons. What you lose in school education, you gain back in life education. She may be more likely to meet people who cause her to think about the big issues that are in the Bible (I’m a big believer being a JW).
There is a video of one of her games, but comments are disabled -- I wondered why until I watched -- she loses, and is clearly very upset -- she cries -- I was jolted, and a bit saddened -- it was a stark reminder that she is just a little girl, and while a very good chess player, not emotionally mature -- so I hope her parents are looking out for her
I lthought she did quite good considering she was playing someone 180 points higher than her.
Send Kids under 14 home and to school. I'll wouldn't play against robots.
