      I have tried to work this with multiples of 6 (6 x 6 = 36 in total + 1) for yarn A and 6x6 = 36 + 4 for yarn B, and it just doesn't work out. I’ve tried it over and over and it doesn’t work out. There is one post short on both A and B. If I follow your example of 30 chains to begin like your sample it works out...so I have no idea why I can't get 36 to work out if it's multiples of 6 + 1 for yarn A and multiples of 6 + 4 for yarn B.

    hi thanks for the tutorial it is absolutly beautiful it looks like you are skipping two chains in the white or am I seeing things?

    • @craftwithvan6272
      @craftwithvan6272  6 месяцев назад +2

      Yes, i have to skip a couple of chains with one of the colour so i can interlace the pattern. It is a beautiful pattern. I have made it into a bed spread for my son. He loves it. Thank you for your kind words. ❤️

    I love the pattern Van! Once stores are open I’ll pick up yarn to attempt at making a bedspread, what type of yarn would you suggest?

    • @craftwithvan6272
      @craftwithvan6272  3 года назад +1

      Cotton for summer acrylic or wool for winter. Let me know if you'll need help Have fun😘

    Hey Van! Thank you so much for this beautiful tutorial 💜 can you please tell me what the stitch multiple is? I'll really like to make something with this stitch for my mother

    • @craftwithvan6272
      @craftwithvan6272  2 года назад

      Hello Gaia Buttercup, since this is a repeating pattern, its more important to have the same amount of stitches for both colours. But to start, you'll need to work chain with multiples of 3. This will help to set up for next row ( dc, ch1).
      Hope this help to answer your question. Have fun with your new project. I am sure your mom will love it🤗
