She removed the super strength on herself there. The two active rules were the Air being hardened 1000x her size and the lasers will combine into one.
@@skylwerthat laser are still being held tho. Meaning she can have max two rule targets, but more than two rules as long as they are still to those two targets. So she has two rules on laser, laser become one, and laser can be held.

Shigaraki is not intelligent. Its all for one. Although shiggy is quite smart, he is in no way comparable to all for one.

@@jarvisfowlkes3200all for one is merging with him, so he’s taking in some of his characteristics. Shigaraki is smart, but I think him analyzing Star’s quirk, is the all for one in him.
@@jarvisfowlkes3200 it is indeed because of afo. Shiggy doesn't know sh1t bout afo or even how to use quirks in a smart way. Afo even saved in the first war. This is a merging between shiggy and afo. His intelligence displayed in stats and stripe battle all belongs to all for one.
He literally used Mon-chan as an example to explain Star and Stripe's Quirk, that's PURELY him at the moment. He literally used "Ore" to refer to himself during the whole internal monologue, "Boku" belongs to AFO, which ONLY came out AFTER his exposition. So saying Shigaraki is not intelligent is OBJECTIVELY and factually wrong in every conceivable aspect way shape or form, his intelligence is also canonically 5/5 in the databook
