I was always shy and thought i had bad genetics but recently i realised thats not the case and am gonna have a glow up this summer. Im 5'8 (technically 5'9) which i consider average for my age. Been gojng gym 11 months and figured out i got some insane shoulder and tricep genetics. My hair (which us to be dry and frizzy) is now a lot less course and I'll be caring for it properly. Still struggling with confidence and my style but anything all black with white air force ones will do for now😊

So I started doing a new shower habit where I take a shower and wear the same clothes (of course changing it to temporary clothes before going to bed) after every two days straight or if I sweat a lot during those no-shower days then I take a shower. Do i need to change the shower habit for the hair mask or no?
