I just purchased from the ULTA sale and excited to try it. Can I use salicylic acid serum with this? I don’t use HA serums but I have a great salicylic acid serum I use every night. Would love to use a serum I don’t have to wash off afterwards. Thanks!
Hi there! You can substitute our Renew Complex Serum with any oil-free serum or moisturizer of your choosing. Please be sure the product contains a conductive ingredient, such as aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, or a zinc mineral complex in order to distribute the microcurrent/galvanic current effectively. 🙏
@@solawavedoes the moisturizer have to be oil free too?
I just purchased the 4 -l one wand and it will not turn on. I've tried charging it from two different computers and three different USB block chargers. when I press the button, the red lights flashed on and off about 4 times and then nothing after that. It wont turn on again and the blue light at the charging port is solid, not flashing when the charging cable is connected. Do I just have a defective item? I made this purchase through the amazon store and registered the product.
I had this same issue and they sent me a new one (ordered from the company) - it is charging now so we will see if it works - the customer service was good.

Got a solar wave wand! Mine was blinking every few seconds! I had to charge it for two hours! No problems now ! Just love it!
