Not quite. One is an action that happened to someone (verb) and the other is an adjective that describes what one feels, which in this case is aggrieved or resentment (adjective).

委屈 is a feeling after you have been falsely/untruthfully accused . Therefore, to express that feeling, one should mention the cause that triggers that feeling. “ I am feeling down or hurt because .......” that will describe hurtful feeling after you have been wronged. How would a foreigner describe that feeling ? Think from their angels. You cant always literally translate your thoughts into English. Translating your thought from Chinese to English will confuse your logic in learning English. You will be stuck when you are trying to express your thoughts. Rather, convey your thoughts from Chinese to English if you really have to. But I still don’t recommend this method of expressing your thoughts in English. If you really want to speak English naturally and fluently, forget about Chinese and learn English like a baby. Think in English , imagine if you are an American or British , how and what would you think or say if you were them. Keep doing that will eventually lead you to speak naturally and fluently and more importantly, confidently. Needless to say, that will take a long time to master English.

l always make jokes of Maggie. She felt that I wrongly accused her with unfair treatment. She has a good temper. Altough she scolded me in her heart like that: "I can't believe you would accuse me of such thing!" , but she didn't say :" Is that what you think of me?" in her mouth. She only cried at home, and felt that she was unfairly treated and disrespected. She also think that she put in a lot of work and nobody gave her credit. So she don't need to be having conversation with me, but just subtly expressed her anger in this video by saying "I need to leave now!" - That is how a gentle-lady deal with a rude man.

Unfairly treated有一种指责的感觉，委屈，更是表达自己的感受。
中文裡的“委屈”很多時候就是被別人大材小用或錯誤對待甚至是無端背了黑鍋之後的“內心感受”，英文裡就意義上來說“I feel small ”，或“I am feeling down”感覺上已經非常接近能夠表達中文“委屈”所想要表達的感覺或者說是意境！
其实这里就体现了中西差异。I feel small 在西方人看来是完全不能理解的，因为他人的过错自己感到small？什么逻辑？别人会最多感到angry。

MAGGIE已经说了委屈是被冤枉或者不公正对待之后的感受。这个感受是feel hurt ，原因是WRONGLY/FALSELY/UNTRUTHFULLY ACCUSED, 中文的博大精深就是，一种感受可以直接表达原因，可是英文在这种情形下就没有。所以我支持MAGGIE, 没有绝对的字字对照的！

版主对委屈一词的英语表达基本上还属于Chenglish，我认为委曲这个词在英语口语中应该用pissed off，screwed up 或fucked up来表达比较恰当。

其实有个词也能用作委屈" aggrieved"
同意你的感觉。这些词组表达的是某一类委屈，比如被老板冤枉；但中国人还有一种更微妙的委屈，比如女友抱怨男友，妈妈抱怨孩子让她委屈。这些可能来自于中国人擅长的passive aggressive吧，没有人在accuse anything，但其实暗暗攻击到对方了。
