My Akerworks Super Skeiner doesn’t have the little button you referenced on the arm - is this a recent addition? Mine is under 2 years old. Good tip about not winding too tightly. I have had difficulty getting my yarn off. I’m about to ply some handspun so will give that a try when skeining it up.
Hi @kathyirwin8716! That’s correct, it’s a new development as of… Maybe autumn 2022 if I remember correctly? it’s an improvement but not a necessary one.
