It truly is an exceptionally likeable bike. Just bought a brand new one in preference to the 450. Objectively, the 450 is undoubtedly the 'better' bike, but it lacks the charm of the 411. But that's just my opinion.
Personally, I'm really struggling with what to do. How about the Himalayan situation. I love the 411 and have had it for close to 3 years and do consider it my favorite bike of all times. However, I really want that new Himalayan too. I guess I'll have to wait till it arrives and take it for a ride and see what happens 🙂 I know the old ones a great bike. I hope the new one is as well.
My wife and I picked up our new Himalayan two weeks ago from Baxter and almost 1000 miles on the clock. We are really enjoying the bike a lot, now we have to decide between the classic 350 or the Himalayan, we love them both.
Much prefer the 411 to the 450 which seems to aimed more for off road. I've done the phase 1 w/ the DNA filter, cam upgrade (bought from Baxter), as well as 16t sprocket (Baxter), Puig windscreen, RE panniers (Baxters). My 22 himalayan is now a touring machine! First long trip I take next year when I retire is to Marne and Baxters!
I agree 100% this bike looks like a bike should! Its by far way superior looking to the power Rangers designs the rest are spitting out Only a moron would pay 10-20k for a 600 lb bike and take it trail riding . Most are posers so that answers that ...
The 411 engine is a sweetheart ! Old school power that is soothing to use .
Another true Zen motorcycle 🙂

just did exactly the same ;) if you know you know !
I’m thinking the same as you. I had a TW200 before and I want to enjoy every incremental increase in power. 😂
And the old Himmy has a throttle cable as well as a frame under the engine which no matter the claim is a much stronger way to build a bike.
I've watched you run down the stats of this bike, and the derivative Scram 411, about 50 times now yet it still doesn't get boring somehow. Wahoo!
LOL love it! I think. Wahoo!

Owning both is a good thing. I do own both and love it. Congratulations on your new bike and a double wahoo for actually riding it! Wahoo! Wahoo!
Just bought one with the adventure add-ons for $4650.00 OTD in Charleston IL. Original MSRP was $6,099. Still have over 20 in stock.
Nice!

Love riding my Himalayan. Great for all types of ride. Taking mine across NE later today or maybe tomorrow. Life is good. Wahoo!
I have ridden my sons Honda CB500X which is a great bike but I do love my Himy 2023.
Both are very nice 🤠

Love my original 411 Himalayan. Put over 31,000 miles on it in almost 3 years. Wahoo!
You have that many miles on one!? I really felt comfortable sitting on one. But I'm afraid it couldn't do my commute where people are doing 75
If you need that speed try the new RE Himalayan 452. Wahoo!
I just got out for a 200 mi tour to a few Wisconsin state parks on my Himalayan 411.
Fabulous bike for that kind of a ride. I'm gonna run mine up that way soon. Wahoo!
