    The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

    Awesome video again, Jake. You mention how awful it feels when you wear excessive diopters for close up. I noticed that since I started wearing differentials, my si called tmj problems vanished almost completely.

    Yes I'm anxious, if it was for my eyes I'd probably feel less anxious, but it's for my child so the pressure is so much more , not to mess up. Please please would you do more videos for children, astigmatism cylinder 1.0, axis 180 in right eye. Thanks

    This is my 2nd question on this video, I know but still the other one was like a joke but true. Active Focus, One day when I was trying to do active focus on the letters and numbers on the back of my car then suddenly I saw it better it wasn't because my eyes were watering or anything it was just POP, Boom I saw it a bit better it wasn't 20/20 but it was better

  • @janeenaj1279

    When measuring how far I can see without glasses, should I measure the distance I can see just by looking at something or should I try to focus and clear it up? Without blinking/active focus I can see about 28 cm, but with active focus I get sometimes about 50 cm or even more? What's the right measuring for closeup glasses?

  • @luiscortes4651
    @luiscortes4651 6 лет назад

    Also people are anxious, because they feel their vision isn't improving as fast.

      Compare centimeters. Pick what gives you more distance. And check ciliary spasm after work. Your eyes will tell you what's better for them. :)

      Cliffgnu wore the short guide based on endmyopia. It's a good intro but you'll still need the full thing to answer these types of questions for yourself.

    Hi everyone. I have low myopia (-1.25 both eyes) I just can't find cheap source of glasses so I'm looking for the alternative. I thought about not wearong glasses for one Day and next day wearing glaases which gives me 20/20 vision and so on and so on. I mean for active focus. Is it the Right way to still improving eyesight and not get blury adaptation? Sorry for my Language mistakes. Thanks for every reply.
