Saying goodbye to the puppies is so sad. I'd want to keep all of them. Kora doesn't seem to be bothered seeing her puppies leave. I wish them all very happy lives in their new homes.
It truly brought a few tears as you were letting Lieski tell his babies bye. I wish the new owners a wonderful time raising their new livestock guardians! Those folks are definitely getting a well bred dog!!!!!!! Thanks to all the Hidden Heights family for helping Kora raise beautiful babies! Russ will miss his baby brithers and sisters!😘 You daughter Kia (I know I didn't spell her name right) is growing up too. She's so pretty, got her mom and dad's good looks and sweet demeanor!😊

It must be very hard to say goodbye to these gorgeous little (Big) puppies. Cora did a great job raising these little rascals and you guys just have done an amazing job taking us on your journey with Cora and her babies. Thank you! I have noticed that Cora seems to have a constant limp. I hope she is not having joint problems.😕

Yes, but he’s got a good family who have already started planning for his future retirement. They have taken very good care of Mojo and will continue to do so. It’s so funny hearing Kevin talk like he’s Mojo. The puppies were sweet, but I love Mojo.

Goodness but Kyah is growing up so much, faster than those puppies! She’s such a good helper. Good to see Kaleb for 2 seconds. I hope Kora doesn’t pine for her babies, although I’m sure she’s glad not to nurse anymore. Sad day for some (those geese!) and very glad day for families getting their new LGD pups! God Bless!

I'm sure it's tough selling those puppies because you all have good hearts. You said your not going yet to Russell in this video. I hope he's the one your keeping and you said that to throw us off. Milly wasn't letting you take the baby geese for sure. Leeske wanted to say goodbye, but Kora didn't. Interesting. Maybe it's motherly instincts knowing they're not going to be around forever and Leeske only able to interact with them for a few weeks will miss them. I'm sure Kora will too once she realizes they're all gone except for one. I can't wait to see which puppy you all keep! 🧓😁❤

It's a sad time to say goodbye to the puppies, but they are all going to good new families and will learn to protect the new farms. It was cute to see that five baby goslings were hatched. I feel sorry for Millie and the geese, but they are going to a good new home too. Kyah is such a great helper and she has the best smile!
When Cora feels like she's done nursing them and they are thriving usually the mother dog does not have an issue with them leaving. Its very tiring to have puppies and then try to split your time between your job as a guardian and your job as a mum.

Check the goats for lice,I've seen alot of farms that have goat lice and are treating them. I know ya'll will miss the puppies, I think we all will 😊 They have been so much fun, thank you for bringing us along ❤

Haven't seen Kyah in a video in a while. Boy, she has shot up. Looks like 3-6 inches in height. Watching the puppies' leave was bitter sweet for us, since we had to put our 16 year old cat down the day before. So we got a little teary-eyed. Thanks for sharing the puppies going to new homes.

I lost my little chihuahua x poodle almost 2 years ago now. 😢 she was my best friend and she was 13 and because I was confined to bed fir 2 years , she never left my side and I never left hers. The pain never goes away, watching the pups go to new homes today devastated me. 💔 I miss my angel so much, just wish I could find love with another animal, but my heart won't let me. Those animals on KEVINS FARM ARE SURE LOVED BY THE WHOLE FAMILY.
@user-yy2rt7ll2y HI. I'm so sorry for your loss. I can relate. I wrote a -long- message about it to you and somehow lost it, right before posting it.
I would recommend getting TWO puppies. They can never replace your loved companion, but you will fall in love with them. They will distract you, occupy your time and thoughts, give you a new sense of purpose, entertain you (& each other) and love you.
They might even give you plenty of great things to film for a RUclips channel! I really hope you consider getting two puppies. It isn't as hard as it might sound.

@user-yy2rt7ll2y Losing a beloved pet is never never easy. No matter how much time goes by some of that grief stays with us. I believe that the best way to honor them is to bring another one home. Not to replace them because every dog (I love dogs) is distinct and irreplaceable. But there are so many that need someone to love and care for them. You will never love the next one the same as you loved the one you just lost but you will love them. You can and will form a loving bond with them just as strong but different because every personality is different. Just like this litter that Kevin and Rachel have been caring for, they are all brothers and sisters yet every personality is different. The grief isn’t good for your health and your little one wouldn’t want you to be sad. You won’t forget her and bringing home a new dog to love doesn’t make her any less special to you. Maybe just think about it.
Aww I'm sad too but you can't keep 9 pups. They are all going to a good home. Maybe they will keep in touch with you for awhile and update you on the pups.They really got big. Farm dogs are cleaner than junk yard dogs. I've seen it all. I think you are all going to be fine. Those goslings grew fast !! My word. Busy day for you guys. Kiah did a great job helping you this morning. She is such a good helper. Our weather was pretty darn warm last week. This week the wind is nasty and the temperature is falling. Kaya (spelling?) is growing up so fast! Such a beautiful young lady. Awe the little ducks are soooo cute! Reminds me of Easter back in my day when we got ducks or chicks, usually died pretty colors. I don't think they still do that? I could be wrong. Those poor creatures! One year I got a bunny and he lived a very long life with lots of treats and love. I know it's hard to let go of the puppies, but it is time. I am sure Cora will miss them a bit, but also relieved that her mothering duties are over with. Blessings~

I had a favourite puppy, beautiful Macey as she seemed to be just like her Dad, kind hearted, loving and gentle, her sweet little white paws and the white spot under her chin, but at least we still get to see Leesky, such a good and beautiful boy 💛

Kevin, once the pups are all settled in their new homes, please get Kora’s leg checked. She’s had that slight limp for over 3 weeks now and it’s proven that it isn’t going away without help.
I have observed that also. I believe it is in the pelvis area or over the sacro area.

I noticed it too. I was thinking she was having a recurrence from before when they took her to the vet to get it checked out, last year I believe. Hopefully, it's something they can manage without upsetting Kora even more now since her babies are leaving.

The countdown is getting closer to letting us know Russell is staying. Cora knows her babies are ready for their forever homes and she is ready to be free of being Mommy. I saw a video some years ago where a woman who bred LGDs, I think they were Great Pyrenees or Maremmas, talked about the bittersweet aspect of seeing them go. She framed it in the context of watching them grow from tiny helpless puppy to the adorable fluffy, cute puppy stage, but she was aware that their purpose was to do a dangerous job in protecting other animals from predators, and looking at the cute puppies she had that bit of ambivalence because, maybe it's more of a female, maternal thing, but you always want to protect your babies - even the fur babies. But she understood they had jobs to do. I could relate to that.
