Sydney, I’m very happy I came across your video on 2023 mini trampolines. I watched your guide and ordered the Acon 55 inch which is a very nice rebounder and of course I got a nice discount using your code. After three days of rebounding I woke up on the fourth morning and my 20 year back pain is gone. I don’t know if my hips just loosened up or what other synergistic changes occurred but my pain is completely gone. The crazy thing is that I’m just starting to build endurance five or ten minutes at a time. I’ll be 70 in January so I’m taking it slow but I’ve found my forever exercise. Thanks for your great enthusiasm and videos. And, one more thing, it’s helping me keep my blood sugar levels significantly lower.
Wow I am so so happy to hear that! That’s so amazing to hear about your back pain! I’m so glad the video was helpful and I hope you continue to love the jumping journey 😁💪
Hi, thanks so much for the helpful video. I am 68 and had cancer last year. I want to get a rebounder to help me return to fitness, and also to aid my lymphatic system which was affected by chemo. I'm also over 6' tall! I live in the UK. I'd be so grateful for any guidance you could give me as to which kind of rebounder to get. I'm guessing a larger size because of my height? And probably one with a T-Bar for stability? Do your discount codes also work in the UK? Really appreciate your help. Thanks.
Wow, thanks,,, I was partial to finding a folding one but sounds like more work that not! Also I wasn't sure on size, bigger isn't always better I guess lol!
Beginner here I never rebound before , I don’t want to spend a lot of money cause not sure if I would like it , which wound you recommend to start with , is the BCAN A good starting point , I think I would like a nice bounce not anything to stiff or hard , thanks
Hi 😊! Can you compare the bounce of the Leaps & Rebounds and the Jumpsport 550? And at which bungee position is the JS 550 bounce similar to the L&R? I recently tried a JS 550 and found it really hard to change the bungee cord position…hard to pull the bungees and get them secured back in place…especially if putting it in between the knots. The JS 550 felt best to me on the tightest setting. And I over pronate. So I was wondering how the bounce of the L&R compares to that? And does the T-bar on the L&R remove quickly and easily? I know the JS doesn’t have a t-bar although they now offer a quick release suppprt bar, but I’ve never tried it to know if it’s realistic to take it off & on each day bc I need to store the unit against a wall. Thank you!
I just got the Acon 55 inch for Christmas. I’m having a hard time keeping on time with the workouts- maybe the softer give? I’m not sure what to do. Is it just something to keep working on? I’ve been using a smaller trampoline up until now: thanks
It’s definitely the softer bounce and will just take some time to get used to. Once you do though it will be worth it because it’s lower impact 😊 a good trick to help is to stay low by pushing your hips back
@Jump&Jacked Regarding the Acon rebounders, how is the bounce different from the 44 inch and the 55 inch? Does the 44 have a firmer feel than the 55? I'm wondering how responsive each of them might be. Thank you!
I would say a softer bounce rebounder to make sure it’s low impact. My favourites would be Acon, JumpSport or Leaps and rebounds for that. The order of those are softer to more firm. The only issue with soft bounces is it can make the workouts a little more challenging so JumpSport might be a great in between plus you can adjust their bounce 😊

Just what I was looking for...thank you ma'am!
No problem! 😁
You like jump sport the best. I have one and love it.
I do like theirs 😊 so happy to hear you like it too!

Hey! The BCAN is a little firm. I would get the 48” because it’s softer than the 40” 😊
Thanks! I am wondering how does the bounce of the Jumpsport rebounder and the Acon rebounder compare?
They are very similar. Both super soft, high quality bounce 😊

Which model is the jumpsport in last part of this video you said you use permanently now... think you said it is the smaller size?
@@karenrosenberg3666 it’s the 44” 570 pro JumpSports rebounder 😊
Do any rebounders come assembled?
Yes the JumpSports do and I love them for it! 😂❤️ You still have to put the legs on but it takes two seconds

What is the best rebounder for an older woman (67 years old)?
Jump sport vs leaps and rebounds: which has the softer or lowest impact jump?
They’re both really great but I would say JumpSports has a softer bounce if you get 550 or 570 pro 😊
@Jump&Jacked Regarding the Acon rebounders, how is the bounce different from the 44 inch and the 55 inch? Does the 44 have a firmer feel than the 55? I'm wondering how responsive each of them might be. Thank you!
I find the 44” is a little softer 😊
@@Jumpnjacked Thanks for responding! I know I want an Acon rebounder and I just need to decide which one to get. 🤔 Merry Christmas!
Will the 40 in Amazon one be ok or should I get the 48 in I don’t want to spend a lot and I don’t have much space
If you don’t have enough space I would get the smaller one 😊
