Almost no phones out in front of the stage - would die to be in a tiny packed crowd for this.
About 4:50 you can see Jack signal to the drummer drop it down. Clearly the timing of this is unrehearsed, but the whole band can respond on the fly and then all build up to hit the top together. Super awesome musicianship, tight band.
