      You can do them 1-3x per week, resting 24-48 hours between each workout.

    On the hip flexor stretch can you put a pillow, if you can put it on the floor due to pain?

      @@youngwooooorrdd2168 A recent study showed that 12 sets per week was optimal for growing muscle. So 12 sets per week over 3 different workouts and going to failure on at least one of those sets.
