I always get ridiculous lowball offers on Reverb and have to grind out a deal over 3 days. I have 3 guitars up for sale now, and I just woke up seeing 2 were sold for full price(a MusicMan and a Gibson LP Standard), and already paid for. Thought it was a dream.
Recently started selling on Reverb. Kinda stunned that no matter what I do there’s no way to speak with a human being at Reverb. You’d think there’d be some minimal support for sellers, especially new ones with questions. Now I’m dealing with the joy of buyers complaining that the condition wasn’t “excellent” but only “very good” and they deserve a rebate for that. I’ve had quite a few excellent buyers, to be fair, but the complainers do seem to ruin the experience.
@Annunaki_0517 yeah! Its insane. They want us to trade Thousands of dollars with absolutely no ability to get ahold of them? The one time i got thiugh was when a scammer actually got my address and came to my house after Id blocked him. I threatened a lawsuit and they called me right away.
@Annunaki_0517 and yeah, "send me a partial refund" is pretty common. Just hold firm, and say no, go through the refund process if you arent happy. Reverb will always side with you. Im sure you figured that out though.
I’ve lusted over that charvel prepro body for years, but the prepro group on FB just absolutely smashed on it when it came up. They’re all 50 plus years old and own at least 25 prepro’s that they bought in the 90’s for like $600 a pop when grunge made superstrats uncool, and they just completely don’t understand inflation. Literally every sell ad they post has a title like “RIDICULOUS….OVERPRICED…WOULD HAVE PAID $100 IN 1989”
Neck Illusions inlay stickers are amazing! ...but they're still just stickers. I can't imagine the thought process to put it in the ad description as if it increases the value when they take no time to take off and put on.
I actually sorta like that Charvel, it probably originally had the Jackson style neck. in fact it was probably originally a Jackson Charvel. when Wayne Charvel was partners with Jackson. I have a Jackson Charvel Charvette early eighties MIJ. and I like it except it's extremely heavy at almost 12 LBS. it would be nice it had the original neck plate with it. that one might be worth checking out for sure.
I regret not picking up the "Past Midnight" pedal from Steel Panther back when it forst came out. Super expensive now, if you can even find one. Also, are those Burger King guitars really "one of a kind" if there's 2 or 12 of them?
I think it's funny when I see a bolt on neck Les Paul jr for like $300 or $400 😂 I got one and I love it for playing punk riffs on but I paid like $80 for it
That Jazzmaster made the rounds online a while back. I think it belongs to Machine Gun Kelly. It isn't actually for sale hence the ridiculous price and repeating 69
Hahah haha I’ve been seeing that steampunk V all week and am so glad to hear it shamed by someone else 💀😂. Was looking around for parts to revive my first guitar ( a js30 Rhoads V) and will never unsee that
That yellow Charvel popped up in my feed last week. I think the crackling is natural aging, which is awesome. If the dragon is easily removable I could see shelling out about $1800 or so. Just for historical value.
Not gonna lie - that Jackson V you can actually sit down and play. I think I’d still want the original long rear horn, so a second guitar body would be needed to create this.
tbh, the jackson steampunk V wasnt that bad. I mean, they put in some work into the finishing and the hid the cabling in the tubes that hold the tail piece. Taste is subjective... but technically it is an interesting idea...
Some of these people price the guitars or equipment with emotional attachments to these items & tend to over price these things. Just ridiculous prices.
I'd disagree strongly with your opinion that Burger King is good, but I haven't been to once for about 15 years now, thanks to a combination of dismal, "self-deletion" ideation-inducing interiors and drive throughs serving room-temperature burgers. So maybe they're not awful anymore.
I knew I recognized that jazzmaster! So, for those who might not know, Nicholas aka @TheDonutDoctor is a guitar teacher/session musician and guitar RUclipsr. I’ve always loved the look of a guitar, but yeah 7 grand might be a bit much for me. Anyway, crazy listing for sure.
For 20 quid that broken neck is worth buying to glue back together and to use as a novelty door handle which I’ve seen before on a guitar shop door and in a pub toilet but that’s about it.
You said cut your nails for the epi neck but what was up with the finger? There were like blisters or something going on there? whole thing made me throw up in my mouth a bit!
Jazzmaster: "I mean, it's…cool..." 😂 No, it's most certainly not. Why in the hell would they put the crystals on the entire body? It's going to shred your clothing and probably scratch the shit out of you in the process.
Hey Fluff, I have an Ibanez HR Giger for sale on reverb, idk if it qualifies but perhaps you’d like to check it out. It’s the one from San Isidro, Argentina 😊
I think there should be a new rule for this segment where Fluff has to buy at least one thing from each episode.
He better get that Barry wood delay
it's Def the disco, bedazzled number 👍😆

I kind of dig that chopped up Jackson V :o
That’s my bedazzled Jazzmaster 😂 😂 ❤
Cool fretboard I like the idea of moving through colors literally
Imagine the thick, beefy tones you can get with the Barry Wood.
Noisekick FX always has crazy/funny pedals, but that might be their most over the top one.
Most beautiful selection of fire wood I've seen in a long time.
That Jazzmaster certainly was…. flamboyant. Like Liberace flamboyant.
that black vee isn't cut to make it a steam punk, it's cut so it sits in your lap, WORKS!
Fluff: "It so painfully ugly" - Kramer and Lzzy Hale "Hold our beer"
You should hear the Barry Wood Overdrive. Headroom for days. Tube drive gives it a uniquely warm, thick and dirty tone. No clipping 🤣
That Burger King guitar would look good with my Burger King pants. Home of the Whopper.
Absolute best way to start the morning, thank you!
Love the Mobius shirt!! 🤘

“Sounds massive” Is the best part of this video.
5:05 WTF the knob actually says 'Cosby Sauce'! 😂
Violet is the highest color frequency visible for humans, so it would make sense to put the rainbow the opposite way in that fretboard.
Dang! You make a good point...
That Girth pedal gets advertised to me every day on Reverb’s Facebook ads. And yet I can’t get a Cock Blocker on Reverb?
That pointer finger was gnar!
The Donut Doctor is selling his Jazzmaster? I wonder why?
You mentionning LANDMVRKS has to be the highlight of this episode!
That charvel is unironically badass
I watched this video 2 hours ago and have laughed until I cried 4 times. I need a knob labeled 'cosby sauce' in my signal chain
That pedal definitely goes into the return of your effects loop.
Neck Illusions inlay stickers are amazing! ...but they're still just stickers. I can't imagine the thought process to put it in the ad description as if it increases the value when they take no time to take off and put on.
I didn't know Yngwie plays Jazzmasters!
That wiring cover on the Jackson looks like a key chit.
That pedal has to be BBC (Big Bluesy Control)
I actually sorta like that Charvel, it probably originally had the Jackson style neck. in fact it was probably originally a Jackson Charvel. when Wayne Charvel was partners with Jackson. I have a Jackson Charvel Charvette early eighties MIJ. and I like it except it's extremely heavy at almost 12 LBS. it would be nice it had the original neck plate with it. that one might be worth checking out for sure.
I want the Barry Wood delay.. 😂
That Jazzmaster deserves its own TV show ... Bling!
I regret not picking up the "Past Midnight" pedal from Steel Panther back when it forst came out. Super expensive now, if you can even find one.
Also, are those Burger King guitars really "one of a kind" if there's 2 or 12 of them?
This episode had me laughing so hard 😂
Great shirt, Fluff!
I think it's funny when I see a bolt on neck Les Paul jr for like $300 or $400 😂 I got one and I love it for playing punk riffs on but I paid like $80 for it
“Things born in 1980 are awesome”. Please don’t let me wife here this! Lol.
Nick Veinoglou's jazzmaster is so iconic, im shocked hes selling it
That Jazzmaster made the rounds online a while back. I think it belongs to Machine Gun Kelly. It isn't actually for sale hence the ridiculous price and repeating 69
Great shirt fluff
The first guitar I found out about because I saw a guy in a TikTok using it and then realized it was for sale. It’s ridiculous.
Nah it’s under the checked clear. It’s actually ripping off a Kramer decal, so it’s all sorts of wrong but hey, someone thought it was cool
That BK axe is certainly a whopper of a listing.
8 people have the noisekick in their cart 😂
Steampunk V shape is kinda cool, ngl.
The yellow Charvel looks to be a 6 point trem converted to a 2 point fulcrum bridge, might be wrong though
That dude's hands.... gerrrooosssss
Thanks Fluff! Peace
Sometimes Burger King can be bad but when it’s good, oh my goodness, is it good.
Stay well Fluff, we need our fix of RRL!
I was eating lasagna when you showed the dirty fingernail. I was legit shooked
Nice shirt!! I have to ask, do you play Marvel Snap??
I sent the Barry Wood pedal...oddly, at the time, I was looking up Abominable Electronics pedals....seemed appropriate.
Are the fingernails and psoriasis included with that Epiphone neck? Because if so, that $99 is a steal.
Cosby Sauce LMAO!
Not gonna lie - that Jackson V you can actually sit down and play. I think I’d still want the original long rear horn, so a second guitar body would be needed to create this.
Good morning Fluffers.
No way I would play that Jazzmaster and stand there looking like a eff ay gee gee owe tea
tbh, the jackson steampunk V wasnt that bad. I mean, they put in some work into the finishing and the hid the cabling in the tubes that hold the tail piece. Taste is subjective... but technically it is an interesting idea...
Vegan chicken nuggets…BRUH! Cmon that is the most ridiculous thing to ever hear
Hearing it deserves unsubbing.
I’ll allow it, just needed to be called out for its ridiculousness
Some of these people price the guitars or equipment with emotional attachments to these items & tend to over price these things. Just ridiculous prices.
Actually the Washburn is a pretty decent list. Btw Washburn are still active?
I'm usually with on everything, but I draw the line on Burger King being the best fastfood. 😂
I have this one but without a logo from spaz king.
C'mon y'all! Someone buy that Charvel! It's really fuggin' cool!
Why did I google the name of the guy on that pedal? I feel the need to clean my internet cache now.
I'd disagree strongly with your opinion that Burger King is good, but I haven't been to once for about 15 years now, thanks to a combination of dismal, "self-deletion" ideation-inducing interiors and drive throughs serving room-temperature burgers. So maybe they're not awful anymore.
Burger King is a guilty pleasure. You enjoy yourself while eating it, but feel bad about it afterwards
How did he not notice that the price on the first guitar was 69. 69. 69... C'mon Fluff. It was a joke
The Donut Doctor has a youtube channel
The only thing talked about on todays issue that id spend money on………..burger king. The food, not the guitar.
I saw some youtuber playing that jag...
Love the videos man!! Vegan chicken nuggets and impossible whoppers is where it’s at!! Love you even more now!! 🤘
That Jazzmaster kind of looks like something Taylor Swift would play.
I sorta dig that first guitar except for that hideous fretboard. Who thought that was a good idea?
todays episode was brought to you by cocaine, cocaine its whats for dinner.
This is crazy …… girth switch😅😂
Agree on UK BK
Chicago and rainbows go together like metal core and oldfolks homes
still looks better than a voyager (applies to all listings on today's show)
5 watchers on the EPI neck. WTF? The Jackson listing is a TYPO, they mean Steam JUNK!
A Washburn, is still a Washburn. And it wasn't an OG Charvel, it's an OG Charvel part.
The fact the Epiphone neck is broken means it is a Murphy Lab neck.
There you go. $4000 neck. You're welcome.
I like the Charvel.
And I got my drivers license in 1980.
For 20 quid that broken neck is worth buying to glue back together and to use as a novelty door handle which I’ve seen before on a guitar shop door and in a pub toilet but that’s about it.
That pedal has bde: big delay energy.
Idk why but I kinda dig the Jackson
You said cut your nails for the epi neck but what was up with the finger? There were like blisters or something going on there? whole thing made me throw up in my mouth a bit!
The donut doctor is a RUclips guitarist.
Steel panther needs to come back!
I wasn't aware that they went anywhere...
@@keithclayton1271 you wouldn't be aware if they were hiding in you Auntie's Closet
8:30 Am I the only one who thinks they would be hitting that pickup selector by accident all the time?
Jazzmaster: "I mean, it's…cool..."
😂 No, it's most certainly not. Why in the hell would they put the crystals on the entire body? It's going to shred your clothing and probably scratch the shit out of you in the process.
$3,500 should buy you a full 1980 Charvel. Or less. They can be had for really good prices still.
The 6,969.69 price is obviously a troll
Clearly Gollum is trying to make a living selling broken guitar parts.
Hey Fluff, I have an Ibanez HR Giger for sale on reverb, idk if it qualifies but perhaps you’d like to check it out. It’s the one from San Isidro, Argentina 😊
Put that busted epiphone neck/headstock on that chancel body and impress me 😂
That Jazz master is not just "7 grand" its 696969. DUH!!
I wouldn't pay $400 for that Charvel body.
