- I was driving down this road and looked on the back side of this lake and seen this SUPER OVERGROWN yard and thought to my self it would be fun to do a yard makeover next to a lake. So that's what I did. before I even started mowing this house I got my mower stuck and the NEIGHBOR helped me get unstuck. Do me a favor if you are reading this make Sure you do something kind for someone asap because was goes around comes around!!!!

Yes, but this home owner should help his/her neighbors too otherwise neighbors can only do so much. If this owner can't take care his own yard, i would doubt he/she will help others lol.

This guy is an Angel sent by God… he is LITERALLY saving ppl thousands of dollars and doing this from the kindness of his heart!!! This is honestly one the best examples I’ve ever seen of a selfless HARDWORKING man! Heaven’s gardens will be maintained by him when he arrives! I was so surprised not to see gators sunning themselves on the banks of the pond. When I lived in Florida, there were almost always gators in any body of water of that size, and many times they would be lying on the banks in the sun. I would have to be careful when I was mowing so as not to disturb them. I'm also surprised not to see more snakes in your videos, especially in the tall grass.

That property is my dream property-screened in back porch-water view just enough to enjoy. Put a couple chairs by the water! Thanks for cleaning up that little gem. I’m kicking myself right now for not saving my money when I was younger!! Looks like a nice place to retire to! 😊❤️

You certainly do improve the neighborhood and property value with these awesome cleanups. I actually have a neighbor who does the bare minimum and until this last year only got her yard cut maybe once a month at best. I used to help her out as did the man and the other side of her from time to when the grass would be getting wild. That was until instead of saying thank you she yelled at both of us to stop. Hence back to once every month or month and a half. It truly drags down those around her who keep their property looking good. So when people say you shouldn’t do abandoned or neglected yards please ignore them. You are doing those who can’t afford a lawn service or do it themselves a great service as well as the neighborhood. God bless you Al.❤️

I love watching you. I've always liked watching as someone cuts the grass, there's just something relaxing about it for me. What I am finding in some of your videos is how many people don't just chip in and help out neighbors. The people who have died and the neighborhood just lets that property go wild. WTH???? I never saw anyone use the weed whacker vertically. Way cool. And, of course, thank you for what you do.

Well, your sharp eyes caught sight of not just a good fishing spot but a place that really needed some help. Glad you found both. There were herons or something in the background while you worked on the front yard. What an unusual sight. This was becoming three yards being done, as their fence lines were included and they got pretty views restored. Like that you did the extra corner and gate and figured a ways to do both sides there. You are clearing along the lake now and another wading bird is in the background. In your after shots, you showed us more birds. Thanks for the nice cleanup and "vacation".

You should add a little gecko to your merchandise. I am always seeing them in your videos, running up a wall, or as in this video (time: 7:35, running on the rope attached to the fence) : , running away from the mower.

I would really love to see how this property looks after the grass has turned a bit greener and someone mowed it with a gas push mower. I bet it would look even better. TBH I feel that way about all the lawns done on here. The big mower is nice for grunt work but it doesn't really leave a nice cut.
It depends on the property and the mower you buy. I do this for a living and I gotta tell ya, those zero turns have come a long way in the last few years, and there's plenty out there now that give a fantastic cut. Also, some yards are just so big, you're left being forced to make a choice. Spend 12-15 hours(or more) with a push mower or do it in 2 with one of those zero turns. It's a no brainer.
