The icing on the cake of this transformation was undoubtedly the removal of the plastic waste by AP. I love this dude's work ethic.

Al-You should find out, how to have the city contact you, about those owners who have received public notice to clean up there yard, rather than driving around and knocking on people's doors. Not sure how to do that. Courthouse maybe? Show someone your videos of your Good Samaritan deeds? Just a thought. Love your generosity and kindness. 💞
Doing that corner section, was similar to doing a small city park. It made the whole area look neater. Thanks for showing how you checked for damage to your mower after hitting that hidden fencing. Nice work clearing the mailbox area, sucker trees from the house edge and pulling vines off the house. Shaping some of the shrubs was a noticeable touch. Your technique in clearing fences is always a great improvement maker. What a great change you two made, that looks so much better, useable. Enjoyed your refinding the patio.
If someone had lived there, I would have wondered if it would have been "icing on the cake" to spray some of the algae areas on the siding and perhaps concrete with diluted pool bleach. Just a few small places. No scrubbing, no extra work. One man's research showed at least a 50% improvement just doing that.
Everytime I just can’t believe I’m watching a guy cut grass and I am memorized doing so… it truly is kindness in what you’re doing. I guess that’s the real reason I watch and like.
Good looks on whoever picked up the trash at 16:32 that's when you take your job to the next level and start thinking about how your actions impact the community

This is why I watch Al and AP exclusively when it comes to lawn care videos. You put the word out, calling for help on this massively overgrown yard and no one showed up. I know if that had been one of the other lawn care guys requesting help, Al and AP would have been there!! I think the others are fake when it comes to their “helpful” videos. Al and AP are the genuine, real deal!! Love you guys. By the way, what a cute little house. Great job.

Hello Al I love the way you pay it forward. Giving is such a great experience. I often buy the person in front or behind me at Safeway and the surprise look is worth every penny. Many time buy the car behind me drinks at Starbucks. I told the young girl at Safeway with her grand mother the lesson to learn is to pay it forward. Love the channel

Looks like this property has quite a collection of satellite dishes. And maybe the owners got tired of people crashing into the front yard so they put up those steel bollards.

Great job on the yard! I hope someone comes and fixes up this house. It's not nearly as dilapitated as a lot that you show. Roof looks alright and the walls are straight. It's sad that these properties stay empty while homelessness is such a problem.

I really appreciate all that you guys do to keep up with helping people and keeping their yards well maintained. You are one of the few that actually trim trees and prune bushes. I do have to say at this time though, I have been sorely disappointed with the lack of preciseness in your edging. Lately I have been noticing that you are not as neat and tidy around the bottom of the houses and underneath the fences. This property is Case in point. You usually do such a meticulous job, I was very surprised. It is more entertaining to see you battle with house edges, driveway edges, and fences. I hope you go back to the way you used to do your jobs.

This is another good job on a neglected lot. Notice how yellow & dry the grass appears, which seems unusual in Florida that is known for frequent rain & humidity. Is this caused by poor soil too? Anyway, your J Deere zero turn always makes a hard job look easier. Kudos & well done to help this neighborhood. 👏

Just watch everyone of your videos over the last two weeks. Cutting grass is relaxing is an instant gratification of completion. Unfortunately I can’t do it in southern Ontario in January, SNOW! Love cutting grass since I was a little kid. Thought about starting up my own business back in 2018 when I was between jobs. Became a delivery driver instead.
