- So I knocked on this Random homeowners door and when I told them I was going to mow their super overgrown yard for free she started flirting with me, lol. This yard was really neglected and of course near the end of doing the job, it is Florida so it started to rain. But never the less we stayed while It rained to finish this Insane makeover. This was a really fun yard to clean up. We stumbled across a unidentifed fruit so I send my buddy @gardeningwithgoo534 a video and he hit me back with all the Fruit knowledge pertaining to that fruit. Love you guys so much. In my 40s I had a little craftsman riding mower and we lived on a drainage ditch that no one ever mowed and I'd ride my little mower around the neighborhood and mow yards and ditches in front of houses and city ROW just to make it look neat and tidy. I LOVED mowing...such satisfaction but at 72 I now pay someone to mow it.
Found y’all after I was watching detailing videos last night, I ended up watching you mow for like 3 hours.. It’s tranquil I soon realized it was 3 am! Well here I am today watching your videos again. Something about them is becoming an addiction for me lol. I love to work in my yard and I recognized these yards by the grass and trees looking like the woods next to my home. It’s a real good thing y’all are doing for people that can’t, I was in that same situation last year and had to pay hundreds of dollars the have someone come now my yard. So I appreciate what you are doing for people who just need a hand up sometimes. Y’all are good people. Y’all should team up with other companies and do a whole yard clean up for someone, like removing the trash that they can’t and or trimming their trees.

I agree, a lot of times it seems to be because of age or illness, or a combination. I think the guys who do these community building videos are hero’s, and role models. When you see these it inspires you to do what you can to help others where you can.

Everybody wins. Al deserves this and we appreciate his content, I won’t ever skip an add on his videos. The home owners though, they seem to be missing the point in most of his videos. So many selfish people in his videos that can’t even see what he’s doing.
Doesn’t take away from Al’s project at all, it’s just overall disappointing to see, really.

@@marietheresa7866 girl, I’m thanking my neighbor when he calls me to say I left the lights on my car on making sure I can get to work the next day. I can’t even comprehend letting my big as fucking lawn and sidewalks turn into a jungle, being a nuisance to the neighborhood.
Then out of nowhere some guy shows up asking me if he can give it a makeover and SPEAKING TO HIM FROM BEHIND THE FRONT DOOR NOT EVEN LEAVING THE HOUSE WHILE HE CLEANS UP MY MESS.
Don’t know if that’s the case in this particular video but that has happened in some of Al’s videos. Home owners peaking from behind the curtains to see what Al’s up to. Garbage humans, honestly. I understand not everyone wants to be on camera but they I’m dead sure Al can work around that. Also some of these people aren’t capable to work their lawns that’s fine but they can still go out of their way to thank Al. I mean working of a big old jug of iced-tea never hurt anybody??
I could never stay inside while some guy works my yard. Al knocking on my door would motivate me to help out and make sure I do my part cleaning up the jungle that’s supposed to a lawn. Even if doing my part means thanking the guy over an over, whipping up a sandwich and a cool beverage or a cup of coffee.
I know my English is all over the place I’m Dutch so don’t mind all that. Some of these people getting a 400$ spa treatment for their lawns are insufferable really.
Edit: This is working me up haha. Al would never leave my yard working it like he does in some videos without KNOWING how much love I have for whatever he did. Hypothetically ofcourse because my lawn is spotless 🥰

You know, everyone appreciates what this guy does for others but what I appreciate about this content is that nearly 1 million people watched it to see something good done for another. Remember how much good is out there before deciding that everything is bad or giving in to how others in the negative feel. Stay above, don't go down into the dark to waste energy on someone who doesn't want to be helped but don't hesitate to show them a way to be free of their stresses. You said it! Watching you mow IS oddly satisfying. I'm retired in a no-yard but big view of a golf course home and I miss the sounds and smell of mowing and getting into the dirt with my hands. A little patio bucket of tomatoes, doesn't really do it. Keep up the charitable work that you love and you will be a huge success in life. You guys are really cool. The Passion Fruit vine is beautiful. Remember the fruit has to fall from the vine to the ground, don't pick it from the vine green (it will not ripen). Makes a great juice, plenty of online videos on the subject, we call it Parcha in Puerto Rico.

That would have been real tough for homeowner to tackle on their own and would have been crazy expensive to get it knocked down! Thank you for helping them out!

If they would of maintained it and had class their yard would of never got to that point. Who has grocery carts and 30 bikes in their yard? Trashy people.
I find it especially sad that none of the neighbors offered to cut this homeowner's lawn. Surely if you see that your neighbor's property is overgrown then it is apparent that the homeowner is unable to do it themselves due to being sick or not being at home etc. Between the neighbor's on either side of this property they could have taken turns to cut this lawn on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. But incredible of this generous chat to assist the home owner.
My brothers and I used to use my grandmother's old push mower to do lawns in Queens, NY . We would have to wait, sometimes a week for the truck to come around and sharpen the blades so that we could do more. Anything we could do to make money . Whenever we couldn't mow, we'd sell kool-aid for 10 cents a cup, and sit at the bus stop and I'd shine men's shoes since I made sure to bring my shoe shine box with us. If we weren't doing one of those things, we were gathering up old newspapers and glass soda bottles from the neighbors.😊❤

Good job and I subscribed. I just dropped the hydrostatic transmissions on my zero turn to replace the cooling fans and was thinking of the difficulty in the up keep of the equipment. You have a good heart. One pointer would be to have the home owners turn off the AC units until you are done. Grass clippings gets sucked into the fins and can burn out a compressor eventually.
There were 10 of us and we had to help inside , outside and with the shopping , our mum kept our home and all of us spotlessly clean
All home cooked meals, all fresh fruit , our dad worked hard did long hours but theg were loving parents, the best,💕💕💕

What's the story with the bicycles ? There were more bikes there than I saw in the Tour de France !!! And those cars, too !! I hope those are movable !! That would make your lives easier, too !! Not to be mean, but judging by the grocery carts and broken down vehicles it’s not that they didn’t have the ability to take care of the yard. The yard isn’t a high priority. Fabulous job Bladez

I just got your channel on my feed. I just want to say that you are an amazing person for doing what you do. We may not know what these families are going through and you doing this for them is a blessing. Keep up what you do.
I come from an island where if you want something done; you either do it yourself, or pay a ridiculous amount to get it done. I tend to do the first one even though I suffer from fibromyalgia and my wife is both physically and mentally disabled. I force my self to get my yard done because on our island we still have issues like this. Thank you for what you do for others.
