I don't agree with that. I want to see more trips to new places they've never been. Indonesia has many mountains, islands, lakes and beaches. there are still many places they haven't discovered. try on other islands besides Java, like Sumatra, Kalimantan, Papua and Sulawesi which is my place. I don't mean to reject food content but there are already many channels with such content. traveling is much more interesting and exciting for me to watch. it all depends on the lost boys

Jl. Sabang.. it reminds me of when i was a homeless. I used to wait until the street vendors were done and they usually gave the rest of their wares to the homeless people along the street.
before the pandemic, Jalan Sabang is one of few streets in Jakarta that considered - a never sleep street, because these roadside food vendors opened the entire night. I think with the pandemic restriction loosening up in Jakarta, the street is coming back to live again... FYI that bakso with crunchy thing is usually chicken/beef cartilage, which is why in my hometown, Malang, it's called Bakso Kasar/pentol kasar (means rough Bakso), the smooth one is called Pentol Alus/Bakso Alus.

Tongseng historically is using left leftover lamb bits from sate and leftover gulai spices / sauce and they would throw it together to create a stir fry with a little bit of stock and sweet soy sauce, and brighten it up with cabbage and tomatoes ( also leftover from sate sides ) . That is why it taste like s thicker gulai with sweet and spiced up sate . Neither a stew or a stir fry but somewhere in between . Most common they have tongseng in a sate and gulai joint . It is one of my favorite, when done properly as it is the best of all the worlds .

10:46 kaya melihat diri sendiri, kalau makan bakso naruh sambelnya ga kira², menurut orang mah udah pedes dan tinggal setengah sambelnya, tapi malah gw tuang terus bilang kalau belum pedes. Dan kalau udah abis kuahnya diuyub.. kalau sambelnya halus mangkok berasa kaya bersih, tapi kalau kasar udah abis pasti ada res-resan biji cabenya.. Emang mantul sih kalau doyan pedes mah

I also don't eat chocolate with cheese ... but I usually choose the opposite, martabak with cheese but no chocolate
Everytime I buy sweet martabak, I always put it in the fridge - because I buy it take-away - and eat it when it's cold ... it tastes better for me because the cold make the martabak less oily and sweet 😁👍
and btw, u guys can also ask "abang martabak" to make u a box of martabak tipker (tipis kering - thin and crunchy) it's not too heavy just like eating crepe. I can eat the whole box of martabak tipker 😉👌
Always enjoy ure video guys, hopefully u'll be able to travel all around Indonesia - GB ❤️

Have you visited kepulauan Seribu (thousands islands)? I promise you won't regret. Jakarta is good place for culinary adventures, not nature adventures. Great vlog anyway! I hope this channel won't end up as another food review channel.
Belum! Thanks so much. We have some more videos from Jakarta coming soon, makasih ya 🙏
"Its Sacrilegious"... Haha... U must try it bro... Taste of heaven when it combined
Happy enjoy guys .
10:46 kaya melihat diri sendiri, kalau makan bakso naruh sambelnya ga kira², menurut orang mah udah pedes dan tinggal setengah sambelnya, tapi malah gw tuang terus bilang kalau belum pedes. Dan kalau udah abis kuahnya diuyub.. kalau sambelnya halus mangkok berasa kaya bersih, tapi kalau kasar udah abis pasti ada res-resan biji cabenya..
Emang mantul sih kalau doyan pedes mah
GO.....GO....GO....Silver button 👍👍👍

try to eat mie ayam.= chicken noodles he's a friend of bakso. The taste is so simple, the rob's tongue will definitely mix it with sambal. I don't know if you guys have tried it or not, but I've never seen you eat it in a vlog so I don't know your reaction to mie ayam,. Don't forget to try, guys 😄😁😁
