If you guys can't handle the spice or if the food is too spicy, I suggest not drinking too much because it will make the spiciness stay. So instead, try to keep the water in your mouth for a while or the one that really works for me is let the spiciness stay on the tounge until it's gone, it might be spicy and yoh cant handle it but it'll be a lot quicker than keeping on drinking (I know it becauss I love eating spicy food)
