A Borchardt C93 pistol is already a fantastic addition to any collection. Hugo Borchardt's design included the essentials for what today is considered standard pistol design: semi-automatic, spring-loaded box magazine, magazine inserted into grip, and a push-button magazine release.
Not only is the Borchardt C93 considered the earliest successful semi-automatic pistol, this example is especially early - serial number 90 to be exact. It remains in splendid condition and comes with its accessories, including an unheard of four matching magazines and its matching shoulder stock.
If that weren't enough, it was presented to General Pablo Riccheri, an Argentine armaments officer who purchased guns for the Argentine military. Instrumental in bringing over a large order of Argentine Mauser Model 1891 rifles, Riccheri may have been presented this pistol in thanks or to procure military orders of the groundbreaking pistol.

Am very fortunate to have fired one of these pistols. 30 years ago in New Zealand. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the serial number. Or at I don't recall it. I do remember it feeling lovely in the hand when pointed at arms length. Beautifully made. The owner had swapped a very old Katana sword for it...
This is a fascinating piece for sure. It's an integral participant in the early development of auto-loaders and for that is way cool.
My red dead online character, Jillian Grey, carries one of these alongside her bow.
A beautiful precious piece of craftsmanship from a bygone era.
I love how the gentleman handling the peace takes such care with every move he makes with the piece. Also you can tell his awe and just downright admiration.

I got a feeling it's a bit out of my price range. I would hope final gavel will be 250k-500k given historical provenance and condition. And the current international economic conditions.

How does you service work? I have a not a big money gun but worth an auction on my end. It is a Catco semi auto sten. Do you purchase firearms or only auction them?
