  • When getting access to health care, costs like deductibles or co-pays can make needed procedures seem out of reach for some, but what if you know your insurance should be covering those costs?

    Can confirm, SimonMed is an absolute mess. As an employee, I can absolutely confirm that at least some of us are aware how broken things are. The problem is, when we bring those issues up, best case scenario is being ignored

    The employees, office staff so ignorant anaphylaxis is not deadly according to my gastrointestinal office manager and receptionists.
    Pete Peterson office manager practices Med and denies follow up after ER treated anaphylaxis.
    Our state allows this because the Az health department teams up with office staff..

    Banner & many of these, I have to check but sent collections.
    Arizona health department does same thing.

    You can't just walk in and get ripped off.
    You have to wait a hour and then get cheated

    Happening to me right now!!! They said it was covered then they told me 120 then 150 now it's 750! Now they won't approve my new orders. It's ridiculous!!! And this isn't the first time.

    Do not go to Simon med they did this to me last year. I paid when I went in to have an X-ray. Then a couple weeks later they sent me a bill. I didn’t pay it. Ignored their phone calls. Place is garbage. Please go somewhere else like banner imaging

      You are so correct. The place is filthy. The staff are low IQ rude, and lazy. The CEO is a crooked SCUM.

    They scammed me, they use a billing center in India, they would not refund me even after they promised and asked me to wait 60 days until I can not do a chargeback. What a scam!

    Just happened to me I didn’t take service and fought with their billing for a week because I spoke with my insurance gave them my Cpt codes and confirmed I have a $0 deductible and $0
    Coinsurance as they are a tier 1 provider for my insurance that way pay so much for!

    My kids are native american insurance and have have insurance both are pretty much worthless
